I was referred to AppsOn after having major issues with my previous provider. The team personally took care of everything, cleaned up the mess made by the previous provider, and followed up with me to make sure everything was working well for my company. They are hard working professionals and are deserving of praise for their professionalism and work ethic. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have been getting a run-around for past three months to launch a simple website they have created for us. Even after providing all the approvals we are still waiting to launch the website.

We have sent at least 15-20 messages over the past two weeks, but no one has bothered to call us back.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service.

We just moved our website to AppsOn, the migration process was a breeze, and the support staff were super helpful explaining technical jargon that I didn't quite understand.

I had a random email bounce back issue, and the team not only resolved some old CPanel settings I had transferred over when moving some time ago, but they found a few other non-related issues and security risks and fixed those as well. Speed is why I moved over to their servers which has been an amazing improvement, but troubleshooting on other small issues is outstanding as well.

Any questions that we had were answered promptly via the support system, and they even provided pointers on how to improve the performance of the site.

It's increased our traffic by over 82%, and the sites search engine position is now on the first page, all in less than one month and without any content changes.

I was totally new to all this web stuff and they helped me with a lot and explained how things work and helped me with my domain purchase and even how to set up a WordPress site.

They really went out of there way to educate me, which is beyond anything I'd expect.

I have a site hosted by appson and I wouldn't use any other service. They've helped with queries that are unrelated to hosting and seem to be willing to work through the night if needed to make their customers happy. I'd definitely recommend them!

Signed up today after reading the great reviews last night. Everything so far has gone very smoothly, they transferred all my websites from my old hosting provider with proficiency!

The staff at AppsON are always very friendly and helpful. I've had various issues which technically could have been outside of their general line of service, but they've always assisted me and contacted me to make sure that everything is working as it should be.

The support and service I've received since using AppsOn has been invaluable to my business. My website takes bookings and payments so it's incredibly important that if/when I have any site related issues they're resolved quickly. The level of support is second to none, there hasn't been a question that I've put forward or (on the odd occasion) a problem that hasn't been worked on immediately with additional measures put in place to make sure it doesn't happen again.
