Mike was brilliant testing Pipin. He led the charge from start to finish. He had a clear plan, knew exactly what he needed from us and when, and figured out a lot for himself, including parts of our API we hadn’t fully documented. We’re small, so that made a big difference. It felt like having an extra person on the team who took the load off rather than adding to it.
