Used this software for 4 years but found a competitor which had a crm system and appraisal incorporated in it .

The team and support are good 👍 but it is extremely expensive which is why I terminated my subscription. I am making a 90% saving per month with property pipeline

We found APRAO to be a very useful development appraisal tool. It is straightforward and intuitive to use, much easier than other commercial products and more accurate and quicker to update and run sensitivities than in-house models. The training and customer support both through online materials and the individual help desk are first class. Very happy to recommend.

Refreshingly complete An absolute must for every Developer, form a single resi unit to ensure ALL costs are considered, to multi-phase large projects. The funding aspect is absolutely a key part that most developers only think they have accounted for. How did I ever manage without such an appraisal tool?

We started using Aprao in 2020 and it has made a big difference to how we run project feasibilities. The program enables us to be more efficient when assessing a site early and quickly and once we get into the more detailed work of due diligence and project management Aprao makes this very easy to customise and keep accurate.

Aprao has fast become my preferred development appraisal tool to quickly assess a project viability, whether from a super high level or down to a detailed project cashflow.

It doesn't replace a complex Excel sheet, if that is appropriate/required, but in the early stages of analysis it's a million times more efficient. Even if a project does grow in complexity, Aprao can more than handle the added detail and levels of cost or value breakdown.

Additional functionality seems to be developed all the time which adds more and more value to the package.

I use it on the go via an iPad and on a desktop also; both work seamlessly.

I highly recommend Aprao for anyone working in the world property development.

The Aprao software plays a major part in our acquisition process. It has allowed us to appraise all of our projects in a systemised way, helping us to compare side by side and decide which potential projects we should focus on acquiring. Features such as cashflow projections and forward funding make Aprao incomparable to the age-old spreadsheet. The time we save using Aprao is worth its subscription value 10-fold!!!

I started using Aprao 4 -5 months ago. I was keen to see if this tool could improve the cashflow process for my clients. I have found it to be a highly capable piece of software that gets better month-on-month. I know use it with all clients and lenders. The team at Aprao have developed extremely useful and unique viability technology that has helped us immensely with our development appraisals. We were previously using Excell for our viabilities but they were not very adaptable at providing proper reports and cash flows and then we found Aprao which has completely changed the way we carry out appraisals for the better. The Aprao templates have been developed to greatly assist developers. They are clear and concise and speed up our time preparing appraisals for our development projects. It’s also great for running a number of projects at the same time. The reports and cash flows provided are excellent and presentable to show to partners; funders; banks and our own team.

I'd been tracking Aprao for some time, waiting for my project to come to fruition. Not only is it super effective but the team at Aprao follow through on the improvements users suggest. The new revenue tools for rental income are a real bonus.

If you are looking for appraisal software that saves you time, is easy to use and has brilliant customer service, you should definitely try Aprao.

The produced reports are very clear to read with as much or as little information as you want to show to the client.

With spreadsheets, you can easily make a mistake. This is not the case with Aprao. No going back to Excel, for sure!

I have been blown away by Aprao. I'm a new developer and needed to run appraisals on various properties and I couldn't find the right excel spreadsheet templates to help. Not only is Aprao's interface incredibly simple, it includes every necessary detail needed to develop a solid report - automated. Their customer support is excellent, with personal instruction videos to help. I would recommend to any developer, new or experienced as it's so quick and easy.
