Great Online Experience!!

I hunted high and low for a product for a friend and this company supplied it. Great communications throughout and posted and delivered in reasonable time. I wouldn’t hesitate in going back to them again, as I may well need to soon. Thank you for the great service!

Thank you for your review. We do focus on quality brands and have many UK manufactured products, like the throw on your order. Also, fair trade brands. However, we do have a small selection of less expensive items for customers who just want a small add on gift. In this case a £6 purse, from an Itallian company, but like the majority of items sold in the UK, manufactured in China.

Very good

First time using this company.
Bought a set of twinkly lights.
Reasonbly priced, after searching the internet, this shop had better value.
Looked up on trust pilot and they had good reviews.
Delivery did not take long, item was wrapped nicely, all in good order.
I did send an email thinking part of the lights did not work, this was a problem my end, the shop did get back to me within a couple of days, so they do respond to enquiries.
Overall had a pleasant experience and would recommend.
Brilliant service. Thank you 🙂

Accused of scamming faulty return

Paul has some imagination. The lights I sent back a second time were the same set he sent me. Not a older pair that still work. He won't admit this otherwise he would have to replace them so instead is accusing me of his handy work. I'm devastated of this accusations and how he has made me feel. Terrible service. Sent back a pair of lights that were not working. Was sent them back with a new plug and lights were in worse condition than when originally sent back and still not working. Paul is adamant he sent them back working (but not my end) so I resent them back and he now says they are broken in 3 places and that I've taken a soldering iron to them! They are now non returnable. Had the lights been broken not faulty on the first return I would of paid full price for a new pair but not after being accused of sending back a different pair to the ones he fixed. Surely he shouldn't be fixing or replacing items on the lights to begin with. Infuriated at this accusation. I already have two sets of these lights which have worked for years so clearly faulty item not a broken one.

The lights were bought from us 6 months ago. The customer informed us that they had stopped working, so we sent a return label. When I checked the lights, the power supply wasn’t working, so I took one from a new set of lights, tested them and they worked perfectly, packed with the new power supply and returned them. If I wasn’t 100% happy with the function of the lights, why would I send them back? The day they arrived, the customer got in touch to say they weren’t working, so another label was sent. On checking the lights there were 3 cuts in the wires, one of which I could see, had an attempted repair, with the insulation stripped back, solder on the wires and a clear sleeve over, but had broken apart again. Damaged wires and attempted repair obviously invalidate any warranty, but also there is no possibility, with this amount of damage, that these were the same lights that worked perfectly 2 days previously. One of these lights must have been one of the customer’s older ones. It would not be fair on our other customers to replace old damaged items that were not purchased from us.
