Total scam

Total scam, don’t trust them, they act like they care but are just pushy scammers, they say anything to gain your trust but when you check further into it, you realise just how conniving they are, do not give 1 cent of your money to them and don’t let them get access to your computer or whichever device you are using, i’m very grateful I didn’t, they will keep lying and say your bank will try and make you think they are scammers, thankfully the banks security are now really cracking down, trust your bank over the scammers, the scammers are going to great lengths to get your trust and your money, don’t let them, you won’t see your money again, any good reviews you might see are also from the scammers themselves. I only lost my initial $380 au dollars, which is $250 us dollars, i feel for the people who have lost much more.!

I put $380.00 au

I put $380.00 au , that’s $250.00 us. They sent me a program on my phone showing my account with $250.00 US in it . It went up $6- then they wanted more money to get better results! After a few days it wasn’t moving at all so I tried to email them but the link didn’t work! I called one of the many numbers they have , finally they answered and I said I want a refund on investment. They said I must have $1000.00 in my bank account and they sent me an app so they can join me in my bank account. I asked what is this for? I just want my money back! They said I had $20.000.US and the bank will take it if they put it in . If I have $1000 in my bank they won’t take the $20.000 ! My keycard got canceled and they keep calling me trying to get more money but when I go to my account with them it’s gone and google can’t find it . They are scammers and will stop at nothing to bleed every cent fro you! Watch out for this company!

They are scamers beware

They are scamers, I've been waiting for Carlos to get back to me to close my account, which I didn't even open; I checked all my transactions and there's nothing to suggest that I opened up a account with this company 👹

Misleading and pushy

The first person Chris seemed very nice and helpful. They’re good to get you started with 250USD and promise you can withdraw your money if you have to no issue, then they assign you someone else that says you need 10k to invest but when I say u don’t have it they get mad and ignore u and stop contacting u. Then they call u and tell you to go take a loan from anywhere of 10k for them, when u ask to help u withdraw the 250 u put in instead, they get mad and say u have to pay 3k in fees first. They even start yelling at by on the phone and they said that’s ur only solution pay the fees or invest 10k. The company might b good but the person I got is nasty n mean. He won’t help me unless I have big money. After being scammed before, thought I could trust them.

Be careful if you want to withdrawal…

Be careful if you want to withdrawal from the experience as they get angry and say “have a nice life” . I asked them to close and they wouldn’t deposit the funds to me. Lesson here to not trust an unregulated institution.

Just try and withdraw your money

Just try and withdraw your money. Not going to happen! The support email bounces back and nobody answers the support phone. Account Manager will not talk to me since I asked to close my account.

I hope they will add MT5 as well soon

I hope they will add MT5 as well soon. Don’t get me wrong, MT4 is fine as well, but there will be better tools with an enhanced platform. Luckily, the broker covers many crypto coins and that’s my favorite benefit.

One of the few brokers who cares about…

One of the few brokers who cares about customers. Even with the Basic account I receive access to the trading academy, regular market reviews and daily news. I should also mention my account manager, who helped me many times.
