Is not bad apteka, but definitely is not what i expected as first time buyer. Even do a part of my order was missing, i received all what I ordered on additional free charge delivery.

I've ordered couple of things 11/01/2026, still i didn't get anything, when i ask by email I've got answer, i should go to local depot to ask about my parcel...zero help from their side (btw i went to local depot but nothing was there)
I wrote couple of more emails but they didn't answer any more. Fake company! Don't order from them! I definitely don't recommend them, I'm going to repot them to Trading Standards if I don't get money back now!

Very disapointed! I placed my order on the 21st of January 2026 and you don’t pay straight away, as they need to check the stock first. I received and email saying the product is in stock, so I paid on the 22nd of January and received an information later to say the order was on its way. On the 30th I contacted Apteka online to say I didn’t get my order and got the reply on the same day sending their apologies and saying that there was a delay and my order is on its way this time. I thought fair enough those things can happen from time to time but on the 5th of February I emailed them again to say I still didn’t get my order so I want my money back. I’m still waiting for my reply. It is now 15 days passed since I paid for my order and still don’t have information whether I would get it or get my money back. Don’t order from this place if you want to wait for over two weeks, or even perhaps not get your order at all.

Great range of products, good prices, and fantastic customer service! Had an issue with an order that was paid for but never arrived, so I reached out and they resolved it within an hour. The replacement turned up the very next day. I’m only taking off one star because of the misleading “free delivery over £50” claim.

Misleading information about the free delivery for shopping over £50 - I still had to pay for the delivery. Plus they informed me that my order will be delayed. No response to my e-mail. Two stars are for good stock, the rest is just poor customer care. Avoid if you can.

Order was paid two weeks ago, no products arrived, showing still fulfilling , nobody answers emails or chats . This is scam £53 I prefer to have it back but looks like they are robbing customers

Don't order from them. They are scumbags. Ordered something more then week ago and nothing. Never responded for my emails, no contact number just stolen my money.

On 19 march I was pay for 4flex sport but I didn't receive anything. Try to contact them many times to send me money back. No answer at all. This company is Stealing. Please don't buy anything from them.
