Terrible Experience

We ended up needing three appointments to take care of our hornet/wasp nest problem. The first tech did not do a complete job at all. The second tech was sent out to correct the problem - I don't know if they were told what to focus on, but they did not do the required request either! The third tech took care of all the nests and went above and beyond to help us.

To add to this - we have never been able to talk to anyone in the New Berlin location! That is very frustrating!!

Just don’t do it

I felt bad for the people who actually came out and did the work every appointment. They are very nice and professional. The results are mixed. That is not the most frustrating part. The pricing is not transparent. I probably over paid for $79 a month. The salesman would give you the typical dance. Start with a ridiculous price and then reduce from there. If you are interested getting wearing down by them, it is best to ignore them all together. It requires a one year contract and monthly payment even if there is no appointment in that month. You can’t cancel the services online and have to call. When you do call to cancel, the customer service will drag it out. If you don’t take the full year, there will also be a cancellation penalty. It is not worth it. Just don’t do it.

if your not getting bad reviews you must be doing something right? shouldn't that be enough?
if you are going to constantly ask customers to pat you on the back for doing your JOB then the least you can do is reward these customers with a discount!

I’ve use this service for many years…

I’ve use this service for many years and continue to be pleased with each person that I’ve dealt with. They communicate with text reminders, respond quickly, take pictures of what they’ve completed and able to answer any of my concerns. I’d recommend them highly.

The actual service vs. Customer's wishes

The actual service, and the application professionals, we're great! No pest problems have been noticed to date.
However, I am less pleased with the actions of the management team. Do to financial pressures, I had called to cancel my service, but was told if I did, I would be charged ~$160 because the contract period had not expired. Then, to convince me to continue the treatments, I was offered a discount. Only problem was, the original payment amount was automatically charged even though that treatment (set for March) was postponed until April, and then the April visit was also charged, albeit at the reduced rate. So now I am even more motivated to cancel!
