Appointments were consistent no call no…

Appointments were consistent no call no shows. Every time I called back I was assured someone would be here the next day and they were not. The customer service reps were supposed to send me emails of what was occurring and those never came. They refused to escalate my request further and the last two people I spoke to on the account were the rudest people I have experienced in customer service. The man flat out lied about a manager meeting and they just didn’t care to deal with anything. Over all the service is horrible.

Javon provided excellent service

Javon gave me a complete understanding of the options for removing an influx of ants in my yard and provided pictures of his treatment areas. Javon is personable and has a good knowledge of how to resolve the issues in my yard.

Cannot get anyone at Aptive to contact…

Cannot get anyone at Aptive to contact me regarding repair to a water line in my yard that was punctured by the Aptive tech installing termite stations. It cost me $300 to repair the damage he did to the water line, and every day when I call Aptive I am told someone will call me back in 24 hours. It's been 9 days now, no one calls, no one tells me how they will reimburse me for the damage they did to my water line. The company has deteriorated over the past 6 months or so at the top end. Service techs are great, management is in hiding. Understand Aptive was bought out not long ago. It shows. New management is terrible. I'll be changing to a new provider.

Scheduling service is a problem

Scheduling service is a problem. The company sets an appointment & sends an email or text telling you what day but no time window. I have called and complained several times because I need the time at least down to a 1/2 day window. They schedule that way while I am on the phone but rarely meet the appointment time. I called and scheduled all appointments for the year, it worked for the first two appointments then I received a text telling me a date for my next appointment that wasn't what was scheduled. I will change companies if this can't be resolved before my next service.

Annual termite inspection

Yesterday the termite inspector came to check the stations at my home. He didn't have a record of all the stations particularly inside my home. He opened and monitored activity in his annual visit. I called more than once to get this appointment, so I wasn't sure if all departments communicated well. But at last, we connected.

Agent came to the home

Agent came to the home, claimed to have called us to notify us he was there and we never received a call. Claimed to have arrived at 8a. My husband and I were at a medical procedure of mine. We did not receive any calls or messages until we left my procedure at 8:50a. Then all at once his messages came through. When I pointed out that neither of us received a call he blamed it on his cell not receiving service at our home. I dont understand how this is acceptable.
