Every technician has been friendly and professional. The after visit reports with photos showing where they sprayed are super helpful.
I used to have so many problems with spiders and ants but haven’t had any issues since I started the service 3 years ago.

They Want to Come 6 Times a Year
I asked for quarterly service. They said sure. Instead they still schedule to come out every other month - 6 time a year. You have to try to reschedule online and they only open appointments for the next 2 weeks. In practice the only ones availble are a week later. If you forget to keep doing this they just show up. Still have ants in the house. I think it is time to restart doing if myself. I can buy PPE, a sprayer and insecticides for a lot cheaper than $700 per year. There are many good online sites dedicated to DYI pest control.

Keeps the fear of bugs away
Well, the service is exceptional and our serviceman’s name is Larry who does a great job. I’m scared of bugs so this service really helps me monthly. It keeps the bugs away. A lot of my fear has subsided. For the type of service it is I give it five because I’m not sure That there’s anything better out there.
