In one word fantastic
We rented the house Messeria Don Salvatore in Ostuni. Anna from Apulia rentals and Antonio the owner gave us a warm welcome. The service they gave us was incredible. Nothing was too much. Antonio spoiled us with wine olive oil strawberries cherries herbs croissants cookies every day was u super day in the very clean house... don't hesitate to go to this house it's marvelous... The villa is very spacious, bright and beautiful. Location is great (only with the car though) Sea view from the balcony is great!

What customer service?
Unfortunately we were not able to go due to a covid outbreak in our local area. We cancelled our booking within the cancellation period but we have still not received our refund and nobody answers our emails. We were very much looking forward to go with our family but for a second time, covid has caused us to cancel. We are keen to extend it to a different date but at this stage we are not so sure as we are not getting anywhere with them.

We're really disappointed to read these words.
We remind that we contacted you many times (in June) to understand if you wanted to cancel (with refund) to avoid any kind of discomfort but we received your confirmation for the reservation.
Days later, we received your request for cancellation due to a presumed lockdown (but we checked and reals facts didn't match with what you told), sending us a notification email about the closure of the school of your daughter (we were really sorry for the closing of that school, but a school closure doesn't mean a lockdown situation). However, at the time, we received and we still receive many guests from your Country without any problem - of course there are the precautions (wearing mask, social distancing/etc...) but you knew about these rules well before to book again the property, as you knew about the terms and conditions in case of cancellation due to CoVid-19 restrictions.
Last year you received a voucher with terms and conditions that you read - it's unacceptable to cancel days before your arrival due to a reason which doesn't match to CoVid-19 reasons, causing a big ecnonomic damage to the owners. And we won't metion your requests for cancellation/confirmation of months ago, as we understand how terrible is living in emergency time like this, with uncertainity for new restrictions/etc... that's why we don't accept who takes advantage of this kind of situation.
We have sent emails and stayed in touch, for this reason we cannot accept your criticism. You sent us the same request many times and received the same reply everytime, with same explanations (don't forget the terms & conditions indicated in your voucher).
An absolute treasure in Ostuni!
Our stay was absolutely amazing! This villa was by far the best villa/holiday home we have ever stayed it. It is very well appointed and perfect for a large family/group of friends vacation. Really good proximity to the beach (20 minutes drive) and other amenities such a grocery store. One of the most amazing features of the villa is undoubtedly the massive garden with fresh fruit and vegetables to pick at your leisure. Antonio was an exceptional host striking the perfect balance between making you feel welcome and cared for whilst not being intrusive at all! Our family would absolutely return for another stay.
