I email them asking 4 a place for my lil and they got back to me very late and addressing me with other persons detail. Then they ignored me for a long time I send another mail saying that their service was not professional as they told me will get back by Friday and never did which means lost time to book somewhere else. The manager Sally called me and asking why I said unprofessional service and she never listen to my explanation!! She was not paying any attention to me as a customer and said that I am inhuman as she had a personal issue and I didn't said anything about that. After taking on defense and no listening to my case she send a mail that will get back when the booking will open. I waited for long time with no answer ever!! E mailed for last time to ask for any updates so I can arrange for my baby and they got back with a rude email that sorry no places without any hello or regards to the context of email! Very disappointed and now is very late to find anything for November December time.

Due to poor health and safety checks of chlorine levels my son and partner suffered from a severe eye infection for two weeks when speaking to manager Sally I was rudely brushed off as she didn't want her company to take responsibility, only eventually offering me a refund as a gesture but failed to provide my refund even two months later

Overbooked classes and photoshoots squeezing too many families in a small changing room at one time
