We are really pleased with Aqua bathrooms. I was not looking forward to the installation and was initially a little concerned about the work being contracted out. I should not have been concerned about either. The communication throughout has been faultless and the fitters, Mike and Louis were fantastic. Always turned up on time, really tidy and communication grate throughout. Really pleased with the work and follow up. No hesitation to recommend to others.

Second bathroom completely renovated from top to bottom. Aqua Bathrooms quotation from Mark was clear and fair including recommendations having seen the actual bathroom. All communication from start to finish was perfect.
Eddy and all of the team were friendly, clearly professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
Bathroom was completed successfully and following their combined professionaIism I will be requesting a quote for my next bathroom and kitchen.

I cannot thank you enough for the refit of our bathroom. It looks fantastic. I know it was a problem from hell at 1st but you gave the solutions and found absolutely lovely builders for us and turned a disaster zone into a luxury and easy to use bathroom. The plumber Brett was superb and very patient and the fitting is excellent.
Our bathroom looks fresh and bigger and really easy to keep clean and tidy. A thank you does not seem enough.

Exceptional service from start to finish
I had several quotes for the work on my bathroom, and immediately, Aquabathrooms Bristol stood out from the rest. The initial discussion with Mark about the work I was planning on getting done, filled me with confidence that he and his team really knew what they were doing. From there on in, it was easy, communication clear, open and honest, and then Jack and his team turned up. They were brilliant, so tidy, considerate and lovely to have around the house. Jack's attention to detail and skill is exceptional, and he has a great sense of humour and enjoys a good coffee! He role models professionalism to his team, who in turn are a credit to him.
I was left with my dream bathroom - thank you

Aqua Bathrooms subcontractors poor
Aqua Bathrooms were recommended by Total Bathrooms of Bath. Aqua in turn subcontracted the installation of the bathroom to TM Bathrooms of Weston Super Mare. TM in turn used a range of subcontactors.
The shower tray was not protected such that the end result is poor and damaged. The plastering is so poor that had to be remediated by a professional. The installer came through the ceiling whilst installing cables. The plumber left leaks causing untold mess and damage.
Aqua came out once during installation and to be fair, Mark was very helpful to remediate the issues

I would highly recommend Aqua Bathrooms…
I was recommended to use Aqua Bathrooms for fitting after purchasing bathroom products from Total Bathrooms, Bath.
Nathan and Sean were my allocated fitters. They were excellent in every way. They communicated well and I was kept well informed of progress. Both were very hardworking, unobtrusive and respectful of my property. Their workmanship was of a very high standard and their attention to detail was amazing. Any snags were dealt with quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure having them working in the house.
The end result is a wonderful bathroom that exceeds my expectations. I am delighted- Thank you.
I would highly recommend Aqua Bathrooms for the quality of their work, total reliability and value for money.

Bathroom refits
Aqua bathrooms were recommended to us and we were so glad we chose them
Excellent service from the start with comprehensive quotation of work and great communication with administrative staff leading up to commencement of en-suite and bathroom refits
We had Russ and Lee allocated to our job and they were amazing !
They arrived on time and worked throughout the day to complete both areas in 4 days
They made sure they protected our carpets and our home clearing up at the end of each day
They both have a friendly disposition but have a very professional attitude towards their work and always checked with us that the work was being done to our satisfaction.
We felt very comfortable having them in our home and we were delighted with the finished work

New ensuite and utility rooms
We appointed Aqua Bathrooms to create ensuite and utility rooms through a recommendation by Total Bathrooms in Bath
Russ and Leigh arrived on the agreed date to carry out the work
They were a pleasure to have in the house and cracked on at an impressive rate (had both rooms gutted in the first day!)
They are obviously very experienced and checked decisions with us frequently, making adjustments until we were happy as well as offering solutions to unforeseen issues.
We put a lot of effort into the design choices and we are so impressed that both rooms look even better than expected and have received lots of compliments from friends and family.
We absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

We approached Aquabathrooms following a design consultation with Total Bathrooms in Bath. Leigh came and had a look at our plans and current bathroom and put together a quote for the work taking into account our concerns. Fast forward to the install and Rich came to install the new bathroom.
It's quite a small space and I was worried about everything fitting and we did uncover a couple of surprises throughout the instillation (love joists) but Rich was able to overcome these and we've ended up with a great looking bathroom. After the instillation we did have a minor leak but Rich popped around and sorted it right away and we're all good.

10 out of 10
We are extremely happy with our new bathroom.Everything is exactly how we wanted it, and the installation team were so professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
There was the odd challenge but Matt & Jack came up with a solution every time.
Considering it was a total refurb, taking the old bathroom out and fitting a new wetroom, it was done in a very tidy manner.
The finished job looks fantastic.
Would highly recommend

Poor survey, poor workmanship
Poor survey, poor workmanship
Richard did our survey but missed important details and underestimated the tiling time by 150% - seems unqualified to quote for such jobs?
The standard of workmanship from the "fitter" was poor throughout, very rushed, and I bet there's no way he would accept the same standard in his own house?
Avoid!
Further update: After hearing about the issues, Richard came back to discussed the issues. He agreed the work was not to the standard he would expect and apologised - which was much appreciated. He tidied things up as best he could. Aqua have also refunded us for the work that wasn't done or shouldn't have been charged for.
Update after response:
During the survey, everything we wanted was possible and easy! When it came to it everything seemed difficult and compromised. The survey did not spot a wall hung vanity unit may not have been appropriate (which would have been apparent by simply looking in a cupboard). The shower waste was too high for the floor mounted shower tray in our design. I think this could possibly have been spotted, or, resolved if the fitter had allowed themself the proper prep time? I spoke to friend who had their bathroom done, and the fitting company sent an electrician to check the electrics ahead of the work. Leigh did not check, or even mention the electrics - if he had, I would not have had a clue but would absolutely made sure I found out. However, is this sort of thing why you get "professionals" in in the first place? The electricians turned up on day one but could not do anything as we didn't have an RCD, and the lighting circuit was not up to spec. We had to have nearly £2000 worth of rewiring done before the bathroom could be connected up. Although it does state on the contract the the wiring needs to be right, a bit of help would have been nice, and also some warning - we would have had the option of not going ahead, scaling back the design, or at least avoiding the chaos of trying to get it done on the fly trying to keep the project going.
There was planned 3days work prior to the tiler arriving. Due to a broken down van, and his son's cricket match this was squeezed into a day and half, becoming increasingly rushed. The shower have been tray was hastily glued down with plasterboard adhesive (not siliconed, or sand/cement as per the manufacturers instructions), and had to be lifted again as the fitter remembered the plumbing had only been push-fitted. As far as I could see no tanking was carried out (despite being on the job sheet). The toilet was not screwed to the floor or wall - the bowl and cistern were only siliconed in - not sure if this is an industry standard now? My concern is that if we have issues with any of the products the warranty may be void? Patching of the plaster was included in the quote (a full skim, or dry-lining would have been chargable), yet the fitter got a plasterer in to do some rough patching who I was expected to pay directly. The cost of hiring a core-cutter was added to the bill. I realised the wrong valves had been supplied (not by Aqua) for our radiator and I got them changed. I found the fitter had already looked at valves but didn't realise they were wrong and had planned to do some Heath Robinson pipework (which would have been visible) to bodge them in. Though he denied it, I'm convinced he broke our nearly £1000 cabinet - I have no proof but my wife and I checked it on delivery and there was no sign of it. (it's difficult to see how it wouldn't have been spotted during fitting?
During every compromise I felt trapped and coerced as I have limited knowledge to argue the toss.
The fitter had his own fitting company and worked for Aqua ad-hoc, presumably as, for whatever reason, does not have a full order book himself? I was told by the office that "both our own tilers were unavailable" so that's where that comment came from.
Aqua's office was hard to get hold of (once the deposit had been paid).
I spent hours project managing, and grafting on this refit myself, and don't know what it would have ended up like if I hadn't.
I would suggest, rather than boasting 25 bathrooms a month, you focus on 10 or 15, with a core of permanent employees whose work you can depend upon?
P.s. Aqua's own tilers were unavailable when it came to it and they got someone in they don't usally use. This was probably a godsend, as Rich, of Fine Lines tiling was excellent! A proper tiler - I would recommend him 100%

Stunning ensuite
We had our ensuite renovated in May 2025. So feel it's a good time to review after a couple of months of use.
It was great from start to finish. Eddie & Finn were our fitters and both lovely to work with.
On time, really professional and knowledgeable. Both of them listened to what we wanted and gave some great suggestions along the way. Did a great job with the tiling, ensuring each tile flowed seamlessly into the next. It's one of my favourite rooms!
They also tidied up at the end of each day (important as we still had to live in the house and have 2 young kids).
If you're after someone reliable, I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Aquabathrooms.
