I like the quality of service with a good explanation of the product capabilities and its impact on my day-to-day life ; responsiveness of company's staff (timely technical visit on site and quick product delivery and installation).
The product is effective and it works as contemplated (both for the house and for the pool as I have now 2 installed filters). I've seen in a matter of a few weeks changes in the quality of our water with fewer and fewer hardness problems.
I also appreciate the "no maintenance, no cost" concept.
