I have used Aquacure for many years now and they are highly recommended. Their pricing is always competitive, they have high levels of stock and the staff are polite, knowledgeable and professional. Ben is our account manager and he always goes out of his way to be helpful. Ordered 23/12 email receipt on 3/01 and still not received!

3rd time I have ordered from you and this is first time I have complained!

Hmmn, initially I was impressed.
However, the tap arrived with no fitting to connect to a filtered water pipe (or a specification for the fitting, so I’m guessing now). So I’ve ordered my ‘best guest’ and it hasn’t arrived.

We paid for next day deliveries. Our first order took a week to arrive having been sent out five days late. The second order was despatched two days late. Our requests for reduced carriage charges have not received a response.

Good company to deal with. Special mention to Max as he's always very helpful.
