I bought a $1,000 free Aqua trial…

I bought a $1,000 free Aqua trial account and consistently made 13% of my winnings. However, my payout was rejected because I bought more than one account. I'm tired of trading, only to be rejected???

Hi there,

Thank you for your review.

We’d like to clarify that the TryAqua model has a strict limit of one $1,000 account and one $5,000 account per person, as clearly outlined in our FAQ. This rule is in place to ensure fairness across all participants.

In your case, multiple accounts were purchased, which is a direct violation of these conditions. As a result, the payout request was correctly rejected in line with our policy.

We understand this may be frustrating, however all rules are applied consistently to every user, and eligibility for payouts is dependent on adhering to these requirements.

If you would like further clarification, our support team is happy to assist.

Very disappointed in their way of…

Very disappointed in their way of treating things.
I had a 100k instant funded account. First payout of 5k was received in Dec 2025. I then traded exactly the same way and ended with a profit of 8k, requested the payout in January 2026. And then the scamming began. They sent me a fabricated list of IP overlaps during that trading cycle which is absolutely impossible. Then rejected my payout. After that they sent me a letter I had to sign stating that I will keep quiet about the deal they will make with me which is: they give me my deposit back and I keep quiet. Then I was banned for making good profits.
It is very clear that they don't have the funds to support a good profitable trader.
I have worked extremely hard with this account and no rules were violated, the same as during my first cycle and payout request.
I asked them to show me proof of these so-called IP overlaps with timestamps and dates. They refused. Its ridiculous. Just another way for this prop firm to not pay their customers.
I am devastated by this. And I still need clarification on these IP overlaps which I believe has been a fabricated list, absolutely unverifiable.
Do not buy a challenge from them. As you become profitable they will find a reason to not pay you and then they will block you.
Absolutely unacceptable.

Hi Marinda,

Thank you for your feedback. We take claims like this very seriously and would like to clarify the situation.

Firstly, we’re pleased that you were able to successfully receive your initial payout, which demonstrates that payouts are processed when all rules and policies are followed. We do not withhold payouts arbitrarily or look for reasons to avoid paying traders.

In this instance, your account was reviewed in line with our standard procedures, where clear evidence was identified of activity that was not consistent with independent trading. As outlined in our terms, all trading must be conducted independently, and any form of coordinated or non-independent behaviour is a breach of policy.

We categorically reject the claim that any evidence was fabricated. All decisions are based on verifiable data, and supporting information is provided and explained during the review process.

We understand that this outcome is disappointing, however these rules are applied consistently to ensure fairness across all traders.

If you would like further clarification, our team remains available to assist you directly.

I completed the required form and tasks…

I initially had a frustrating experience with AquaFunded.

After completing the required form and tasks for the free $10K account, I waited over 10 days without any clear update. Each time I contacted support, I kept receiving repeated promotional emails instead of proper responses, which made the process feel unclear and unorganized.

However, I have previously received payouts from them without issues, and they have a transparency rule and good trading condition and in this case, after further follow-up and escalation, the team eventually issued my funded account.

Overall, while they do deliver on payouts and eventually provided the account, the communication and support process definitely need improvement.

Hi there,

We take claims like this seriously, but your review omits key information.

The TryAqua model is designed to be accessible, with strict limits of one $1k account and one $5k account per user. This rule is clearly stated and is in place to ensure fairness across all participants.

Our investigation found clear evidence that multiple accounts were purchased and operated across different email addresses in an attempt to bypass these limits. This is a direct violation of our terms. As a result, the payout request was correctly rejected and the accounts were closed in line with our rules.

All decisions are based on verifiable data and applied consistently to every user. This is not a case of unfair treatment, but enforcement of rules that all participants agree to.

If you believe there has been any misunderstanding, you are welcome to contact our support team and we will be happy to review the details with you.

I had a trade open, Profitable, I 17th I was up couple hundred, then all of a sudden Sunday 18th they shut down my account because apparently I was negative -$143.69, complete bollocks on a 10k account i was -50, they shut down my account because of this and mad eit look like I was losing money, mind you the market was frozen on the weekend so how does it jump from -50, to now -140?

Very sus company and scammy, i would avoid using them personally, first time something like this has ever occurred , just disappointed tbh i did think theyre legit at first but theyre not.

Hi Leshawn,

We take claims like this seriously, but your account activity has been thoroughly reviewed and your statements here are not accurate.

Your $10,000 Instant Funded account operates under a strict 2% floating loss limit, which is a clearly defined rule of the program. Our records show your account reached a floating loss of -$203.83 at 11:41 AM UTC, which exceeds the allowed threshold. As a result, the account was automatically breached in line with the rules you agreed to upon signup.

There were no platform issues, no server interruptions, and no market anomalies affecting your trades at that time. We also reviewed your previous support tickets and found no evidence of any error or discrepancy.

We understand losses can be frustrating, but enforcing risk rules consistently is essential to maintaining a fair trading environment for all users. This was not a scam, but a standard rule breach.

If you have further questions, our support team is always available to walk you through the details.

These lowlife rats just offered me a free 10k instant account if I filled out a form and left them a good review 🤣 despite scamming people out of $1000s they must really not like the bad reviews 👎

Hi Jack,

We take feedback seriously, but your claims here are misleading and lack important context.

Our records show that you have successfully received a four figure payout from us, which was processed without any issue. This alone directly contradicts the accusation that we are “scamming people.”

Regarding your other accounts, these were breached in line with the clearly defined trading rules. These rules are applied consistently across all users to ensure fairness.

We have no record of you raising any concerns with our support team about the claims made in this review. Had you reached out, we would have been more than willing to investigate and address anything you believed was incorrect.

Making broad accusations without context is not constructive and does not reflect the full picture of your experience.

If you would like us to review anything further, we remain open to assisting you.

Good Prop Firm but Be Aware of the Rules

The rules can be a bit confusing but assuming you follow them and work with them they pay you out relatively quick. I've gotten three from them totaling over 4.5K and the process was fairly seamless.

Headline: TOTAL FRAUD: A Bankrupt "Beggar" Firm Running a Global Ponzi Scheme - 7K Payout Denied

This isn't a prop firm; it’s a predatory dumpster fire masquerading as a financial institution. Aqua Funded is a bottom-feeding, beggar-tier scam that survives exclusively on the "donations" they harvest from challenge fees. They have zero liquidity, zero integrity, and zero intention of ever paying out a single cent of earned profit.

I surgically dismantled their challenge and hit every metric with clinical precision. The second I requested a withdrawal, the mask slipped. They are so desperate and broke that they resorted to fabricated violations and imaginary rule-breaking just to keep my payout for themselves.

To make matters worse, their "support" is a total joke. When you ask for your money, they turn into ghosts. You’ll get the same insulting, copy-paste excuses from a script until they eventually just ignore your emails entirely. They are cowards who hide behind a screen because they don't have the capital to back their own traders.

They are financial parasites—vultures who feast on the hope of the trading community while hiding behind "technicalities" to cover up the fact that their pockets are empty. This is a capital-starved, dishonest, and insolvent house of cards.

Trading here isn’t an investment; it’s a charity donation to a group of broke scammers who are too incompetent to trade their own capital. They are destitute beggars who move the goalposts the moment they owe you a dime.

STAY AWAY. STARVE THESE THIEVES. LET THIS FRAUDULENT JOKE OF A COMPANY COLLAPSE.

I'll write an honest review

I'll write an honest review: customer service is very good and spreads are adequate, but you can forget about the payout(for instant acc)with the 15% consistency rule (minimum 5 trading days, 3% daily and 6% trailing drawndown). The fact that the 24-hour guarantee is actually 3 days with 8 hours of work isn't clearly stated in the FAQ.On Nasdaq, a contract size of 1 to 10 is insane; I've only ever seen 1 to 1 before. but ı can say customer service ,dashboard and platform is nice spread is good as standart

Wrost prop in this industry. The payout was rejected based on false grounds."

had a $10k account in which I made a profit of $126. After that, I requested a payout, but it was rejected with the reason of news trading, which is not true.

They sent me a screenshot of GBP news, but at that time there was no red folder (high-impact) news. After that, I sent them my own screenshots as proof. Then they sent another screenshot saying there was JPY news.

It seems like they did not want to give the payout, so they kept giving different news reasons and rejected it anyway.
