Bad trading days and Consistency

Aquafunded good firm to me I love their dashboard, easy-to-use and their customer service quick to respond to your queries. Not to mention affordable prices for challenges fantastic love it.I recommend it to someone who is a beginner no hidden rules.

**My Personal Experience with Aqua Funded**

I've been trading with Aqua Funded since 19 June 2025 and, over the course of a year, purchased more than 24 evaluation accounts, reaching the funded stage multiple times. My most recent account was a $100,000 2-Step Challenge purchased on 14 June 2026. I passed both phases and reached approximately $8,226 in profit before becoming eligible to request my first payout.

After submitting my payout request, I experienced repeated delays despite the stated processing timeframe. I was then contacted and asked whether I had used a VPN, VPS, proxy, or similar tools.

I explained honestly that I use a VPN for streaming and gaming but normally disconnect it before trading. Aqua Funded later provided a screenshot showing one trading session where my connection appeared to come from Japan, which I understood to be the VPN server location. I explained this was an accidental one-time occurrence where I had forgotten to disconnect the VPN.

To support my explanation, I submitted six PDF files containing evidence that I believed showed I was the person trading the account and that my normal trading activity originated from Australia. I also explained that I had traded with Aqua Funded for over a year without any previous VPN-related issues.

Despite this, Aqua Funded declined my payout, classified the incident as a hard breach, and permanently terminated my ability to trade with the firm. I requested additional information, including timestamps and IP details, so I could better understand the decision and provide any further relevant evidence, but I was not provided with those details.

During the process, I reviewed Aqua Funded's publicly available FAQ and Terms & Conditions but was unable to find a specific rule stating that an accidental VPN connection while trading would automatically result in a hard breach. I also found it notable that I traded the account for about a week without receiving any warning, and the issue was only raised after I submitted my payout request.

Aqua Funded later offered to refund my purchase fee as a goodwill gesture. However, I was informed that accepting the refund required agreeing to confidentiality terms. I chose not to accept those conditions because I wanted to retain the ability to share my personal experience.

My concern is not simply the denied payout, but the overall process. While I respect that firms have the right to enforce their rules, I do not feel I was given sufficient information or opportunity to fully address the issue before the final decision.

I am sharing my experience to provide transparency for other traders, so they can make an informed decision before choosing to work with this firm.

Honest, fair and unbiased. I hope we can get more deals from the company.

So far, I've enjoyed email notifications at each stage (sales, passing evaluation, reviewing trades - which can take up to 24hrs but only took about 2hrs, and the current stage waiting for KYC to setup funded sim - which can take 2 days but I expect I'll get the email sooner).
When I passed the eval at 9:45AM, I didn't have to wait til the end of the market day (as with some other firms), because I received the confirmation email by 10:30AM, and I received the certificate of passing the review by 11:45AM.

Aside from emails and timing, the options for different type of accounts are competitive in terms of pricing, waving activation fee by paying a little more up front, reasonable consistency limits, only 1 to 3 days required to pass, and 100% split up to first $15k

The experience was good.
It would have been better if users plan specific (all) rules were mentioned at the dashboard itself.
Also mt5 experience is no so good for analysis. For trade execution its good.
Overall a good hands on experience.
