Whilst we've pioneered many of the ways in which the UK showers over the past 40 years, we've always tried to understand what it truly means to have a great shower. We know that a great shower does you a world of good and that's why we've never settled for an OK one.

Through each of our ranges of electric, digital and mixer showers we've taken everything we knew and rebuilt. Time and time again.

CAN NOT GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE LINE.
WENT FROM BEING TOLD I HAD TO WAIT 4 MINS - 14 MINS. THE LONGER I WAITED THE LONGER I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT. SHABBY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
MY SHOWER HAS BROKE 5 TIMES NOW.
DO NOT BUY FROM AQUALISA.

The booking for repair went well

The booking for repair went well although it took a number of attempts at different times to get the wait below 1 hour.
Anais was very helpful and understanding and suggested some areas to check before sending out an engineer.

Excellent service

From initial contact Finley at Aqualisa was brilliant giving clear and knowledgeable advice. After discussions we decided to go for an upgrade on our 20 year old shower. The ordering was easy and so far we have been impressed with the service given. Hopefully once we progress to our installation we have confidence that the service will continue to be at the same level.

Mason was excellent very informative…

Mason was excellent very informative and polite. He was so patient with me guiding me through the process. Nothing has changed with this company so I was more than willing to use Aqualisa again after speaking to Mason.

Daniel is great

Daniel has been very efficient, helpful and friendly on each of the 3 calls I have made.
He ensured that i understood everything and was clear in all his explanations of the different options available to me.

Solution solved

Excellent service throughout; customer service and engineer, the solution was dealt with speedily and clearly. I can use my shower and adjust the temperature at will unlike how l was left with my local council plumbing department who installed it initially.
