The young man that I spoke to was so nice and very helpful. (Sorry I can't remember his name).He was confident, polite and easy to talk to.
He made the whole experience easy and pleasant.
Because of this young man I would recommend Aqualisa.

The help and assistance provided was very reassuring and her diligence and concern for our issues was commendable and a credit to Aqualisa.
The replacement parts arrived in two days and the shower is now working as it should.

I’ve had 3 engineers out for the same problem, under warranty, but the call centre asks the same numerous questions each time that should really be updated on the customer profile. Exact same basic questions - each time, takes up 90% of the call. It’s so frustrating cos it takes ages and I just want to get to the booking point and problem solving.

I spoke to Jenifer. Her manner was businesslike but warm and friendly. She showed concern about the issue and explained clearly what steps will be taken to resolve this. I have rarely spoken to such a helpful and delightful person. Thank you Jenifer.

Finley was very helpful, understood my problem. Guided by his advice which I felt was very genuine I decided to progress an order. At no time did I feel pressured to accept either of the two options he offered me. It was so wonderful speaking to such a professional and kind person instead of the AI alternatives. Your chat bot yesterday, left me in outer space as I sent “IT” a message and I didn’t get a response. I would sack iT.?You nearly as a business missed an opportunity. A quality product easy to purchase and arrived on time.

Please don't buy one of these showers.

2 complete failures of the unit within 2 years. The first time the "fix" resulted in a leak and damage to my bathroom and hallway.

I'm now on my second failure and my appointment for tomorrow has been cancelled with nothing at all available for more than a week.

It's a con - the showers and rubbish, the customer service isn't sufficient for all the faults that they have.

Get a normal shower with a pump and don't be blinded by the fancy buttons, because they don't actually work.

I can get 1000 plumbers to fix a shower tomorrow but I wont see Aqualisa for weeks, again.

I made a warranty claim for a shower pump. The next available appointment was over two weeks away, but when I explained that our shower was our only means of washing, Aqualisa managed to squeeze us in to a much earlier appointment. A company that understands the needs of its customers.

Spare part was exactly as described and easy to fit

It was difficult to hear what the operator was saying at times because of the background noise in the call centre - which nothing could be done about.
Then when discussing details, I found these were incorrect, which turned out to be that you have a duplicate account for us, wrong phone numbers, no record of recent contacts. No explanation provided as to why that was, and no concrete action for resolution.
Then the result of the call, which was to report that a recent repair had failed, was only that someone else would call to schedule something within 2/3 working days. Very disappointed that this could not be done whilst on this call.

Charlie was so helpful on the phone he sorted the issue out straight away and ordered a new part free of charge the replacement arrived in 2 to 3 days thank you for sorting this out stressfree thank you

The lady explained everything clearly

Liam is the front of house for customer service. He does this in a very calm and authoritative way leading to customer acceptance of their options.

Dino was very helpful,
patient and spoke with clarity.
He responded to my problem with a recently purchased item and arranged for an engineer to rectify the issue.Very refreshing in this day and age.

My experience from my call with aqualisa was a breath of fresh air compared to many calls to other retailers and service providers - spoke perfect English and gave concise options / solutions to my replacement requirements. The fact they have a log of the installation from over 10 years ago was very helpful too
