It is not the fact that there was not enough of the cafeteria-like food in the restaurant, that there was a cold and not at all cozy athmosphere in the lobby, nor The lack of toiletries in the run-down bedrooms, The missing water in the pool and the closure of the turkish bath and the lack of communication with the golf shuttle bus, that we will never return to Aqualuz hotel, but is it the totally hostile treatment from all the staff that made our group feel very un-welcome and not at all at home. We never Saw a smile from The staff for a whole week.
