Aqua Marina Cascade Hybrid SUP
I guess it's hard to trust anyone nowadays. Lately I bought the Aqua Marina Cascade SUP paddle board based on reviews etc, from MicksGarage online store in Ireland. To my surprise, they shipped out a 2022 series model when it should have been a 2025 series model, as they are still promoting on their website. To top it all, it only lasted two times in the water before it got deformed and warped. I contacted the manufacturer and they suggested that I contact the seller as they told me that the item is two years out from the manufacturer warranty. So I did contact the seller, all I got so far after six or seven days from MicksGarage for my multiple email was, automated email replies, all saying the same thing. I am very disappointed with the seller's behaviour and the manufacturer's approach to this issue, while both of them pretend to be the top of the line of sellers and manufacturers. What I bought is a totally worthless product and beware of sellers promise, not all that shine is gold. Not every discount is worth the hassle that one can go through (which I am still going through) and mind you, I still paid good money for my desired Aqua Marina Cascade Hybrid SUP paddle board. It cost me around 590 euros in total and got a 3 year old defective one. Beware.
