This review is for the Aquamarina's restaurants

This review is for the Aquamarina restaurants. I got a day pass enabling me to eat meals 10:00-5:00. I did this mainly for convenience as I would be very busy with work and didn't have time to go far for food. I couldn't select specific fruit at the breakfast as it was already plated and could only choose which plate to take. On my plate was pineapple, papaya and cantaloupe. The pineapple was marginal but the other 2 tasted bad like they'd been sitting out for a long time. That was the worst but nothing else tasted great. I'd hoped the afternoon food in a different restaurant space would be better. It was not. The soup was so salty I couldn't eat it. Drinks were included so I ordered a margarita. After a couple sips, I opted not to drink that either. A staff member asked if everything was alright. I figured they should know and told him it was actually the worst margarita I'd had in my life. He offered to bring me a different drink. Reluctantly, I ordered a strawberry daiquiri. As he was placing it on the table, I could smell it. The drinks tasted so artificial - almost chemical like. After only touching my tongue to it, I left the drink and the restaurant. Again, I was hurrying to get some work done by a certain time so got back to it. Was able to get to a stopping point so went to front desk and explained the situation about the day pass and the food. It took over 2 hours for them to tell me they weren't reimbursing me anything because I didn't tell a manager at the restaurants (like how was I supposed to know) and it was 4:00. I told them over and over that I was getting some urgent work done but it was irrelevant to them. A very big waste of $68. Should have ordered from Uber Eats!
