My son and many of his friends go to Aqua Parc in Milton Keynes. Staff are fantastic and my son loves his interactions with them all. Great staff from reception to the ones taking participants on the water and we get the season pass every year! Fab day out and great value for money

Child attacked, staff ignored it when asked for help.

I posted this review on trip advisor and after it was initially published, for several days, it was taken down despite it fitting in with the rules that they say it contravenes, which makes me suspicious that the company forced them to.

Here is the review, let this be a warning to any parent who trusts this company with their children's well being.

My 10 year son went to a birthday party at Aqua Parcs and was verbally and physically attacked by 2 other children on the equipment.

When he reported this to one of the life guards he was ignored and the abuse continued.

When he came home he was quiet and subdued after this traumatic experience for almost 2 days and we only found out what was wrong when another parent told us what had happened.

No child should go for a day out and be left traumatised.

I have reported this to Aqua Parcs and they have appeared to take this matter seriously but after posting a review about the unbelievable bad experience, which I posted in order to warn people about what happened, Trip Advisor has taken down the post, citing

" Second-Hand Experiences."

If you look at the other reviews they are plenty other second hand experiences, so I am wondering if the company has complained about my complaint.

This has made me even more convinced that this company does not have it's customers, many of them children, best interest at heart.

Most bad reviews illicit a public reply/apology not removal of posts.

Message for Acqu Parcs, the problem is not a bad review, it is how your staff act towards people that they have a duty for that is the problem.
