I have delt with Aquaplantion before so this time I found them very helpful, friendly and efficient. The product was well presented and the packaging was really good, delivery time was very good

It took a long time to settle on the bottom and stop being cloudy but after that it worked a treat and helped keep the pond clear all last summer in combination with a uv light

Aquaplancton is a product for ponds, lakes, rivers and streams. It helps combat blanket weed, duckweed, green water and all types of algae. It clears ponds of mud, sludge, slime and silt. It can also help to unclog your filters. Fish thrive on the increased oxygen. Aquaplancton is safe for ducks, plants, pets and all forms of water life.

Applied in July 2025 to large recently cleaned koi pond with pump, filter and ultra violet installed. Water immediately turned pea green and darkened over the next six months. Only after copious Kent rainfall is water somewhat clearer in February 2026 Fish seem well, but all oxygenating plants have disappeared.

I've had lurid green stinky pond water for months. I've added plants, snails, oxygenators etc to no avail. I stumbled across aquaplancton on social media and thought it was worth a try. I couldn't even see the sides of the pond, let alone the bottom.
I applied the treatment in mid July and now in mid September I'm delighted to find the water is almost completely clear. I can see snails on the side of the pond including some baby snails and it all just looks so much nicer!
Mind you, it did become a strange milky green colour just after treatment which wasn't so beautiful in the short term, but was to be expected as per the instructions.
Really pleased and will reapply treatment before winter.
Highly recommended. Trust the process!

three weeks ago I contacted your Aquaplancton spoke to a very knowledgeable person and ordered some of your pond treatment which was recommended to me by a friend who had seen it in one of the country magazines. I had been using a local fish/pond shop for advice and buying products for my green pond. Having spent over £250 on treatments that hadn’t worked, I thought or why not spend the just short of£40 and see how it goes well this coming Friday will be four weeks since the treatment has been in and for the last 10 days my pond has been absolutely clear. I can’t tell you how pleased I am as for the last 12 months I have had a green pond. I’ve tried everything treatment bigger and better UV filters different filters and your product has done the job within 3 to 4 weeks. I would recommend this product to anybody with a pond either lined or inonlined. It’s a great product the plants and the fish have all survived and in fact now my water is clear I can see I have baby fish in there too so thank you once again.

I’ve been using Aquaplancton for the last three years with amazing results. I just wish I had found the product sooner! It’s transformed my weeded, cloudy and dull pond into an oasis of wildlife. Dragonflies, damselflies, newts toads and frogs absolutely love the gin clear water and the golden orfe have actually bred successfully this year. I treat it in the spring with a couple of further treatments during the year. It seems to depend on the amount of sun we get how quickly the blanket weed starts to grow back. I ordered a couple of sacks on Thursday that arrived here on Friday, top service! Thankyou Aquaplancton.

Excellent product. We have used Aquaplancton for a few years and we are ultra satisfied with it and how it manages the eco-system of our small garden pond. Would definitely recommend

This product works really well, however you do have to be patient, it took about 3 months to show a difference to the water clarity and you do have to remove as much of the blanket weed as possible. I have been using the product for over 5 years now and there is virtually no build up of the sediment at the bottom of the pond, the pond itself was put in about 2006/7 and I constantly had a problem with blanket weed. You do have to keep using Aquaplancton to maintain the quality of the pond but only once a year, I do it in the spring and usually mix it in a watering can (without a rose) and pour it in so you get a good covering, you can throw the powder in as I did the first time but it gets over the plants, especially Lilys, and you have to wash it off with a hose pipe.

This product is awful and simply doesn't work. I saw it advertised in the RHS magazine, which gave me confidence. But of course, that doesn't mean that the RHS endorses it. I used it exactly as directed in a small lily pond which had become green. It made the water worse, turning it a sludgy brown colour. I waited more than two months for it to clear but it didn't, and I've had to drain it completely and refill. The lilies were a write off. The only good thing is that the fish were OK.

Aquaplancton is a very effective, wildlife friendly product that helps to keep the water in my pond clear. I have been using it 3 times a year for several years and wouldn't be without it. It is reasonably priced and is delivered quickly after order.

The company sells a product that does what it is supposed to do efficiently and is echo friendly.
It combats blanket weed, duckweed and algae well.
My delivery came through quickly without any problems.
I am happy to recommend it to others.

Several years ago I used Aquaplancton to clear green water, sludge, slime, odour, and algae from the small pond at the bottom of my waterfall garden feature. The pond has remained clear, and smelling fresh with minimal top ups.

We have regularly used Aquaplancton over the years to keep our pond clear of green algae and duck weed. After the initial application we have found a top up of a lesser amount in late summer keeps the pond lovely and clear. It doesn't harm wildlife and pond plants, our pond is full of frogs and newts. We would definitely recommend it!

Have used this product for a number of year's now in our wildlife pond. It keeps the pond beautifully clear and saves buying multiple products to do the work. We love that it is natural too. We have recently just recommended this to a friend who has a pond that has been neglected for some time and the results are beginning to show. Patience is the key.
