Very unprofessional
Might be one of the most unprofessional online webshops I've ever ordered from - and I've ordered quite a lot.
From both danish webshops and foreign companies.
Does not respond to e-mails. Always asks for additional shipping fees.
It's now 18 days ago, since I ordered several items. I spoke to an employee a week ago, who told me that it would be sent 4 days ago at the latest. (14 days after the order was made). It's still not sent. I then asked for a refund 3 days ago - no reply.
Most of all, I would love to get the ordered items. When you order (and pay) almost 400 euros for different items, you would actually like to receive them within a reasonable amount of time - especially when all items appear to be in stock.
So now I've waited for 18 days... and will probably wait even longer.
I do not recommend this store, what so ever.
