They lie and shipping is horrible, they say as long as the product hasn't shipped you can cancel the order, which is a f'ing lie. They will rush ship the order if you try to cancel it, they will poorly package the order resulting in damaged product and won't even try to replace it. Will never order from them again.

I wish I would have read reviews. Received the wrong filter and trying to return. They answered my first email with another question about the filter and then after repeated emails never gave me return instructions. Total scam.
Don’t order from them!! Update - they finally responded with an address to send the return to. I was skeptical but I sent it to an address in Walton, Kentucky. Got the item returned to me by USPS because that address was “moved, no forwarding.”

Product sent was counterfeit lg refrigerator water filters ! When contacted to return company ignored all emails !

Ordered filters and received the incorrect ones. I sent 2 emails and never heard a thing.

This is a BOGUS company. They sent me the wrong filters. I've sent 2 emails and received no reply. I found a phone number, tried calling it. It hangs up on me. I Googled the company's founders from their About page and it's all made up. Do not do business with this company! I wish I'd done more research before ordering from them. It's a SCAM.

Bought four Samsung water filters for our refrigerator. They fit fine, but the taste of the water is terrible and I have contacted them multiple times both through the contact form on their website and using their email address directly and have not received any responses from them despite the automated reply I received that says they will respond within 12 hours. It has been over two weeks with no response from them and the phone number on their website does not work. Don’t walk away from this company… RUN, and don’t waste your money here.

I ordered 3 water filter for my Samsung refrigerator. Unfortunately, when they came, they weren’t the correct filters for my refrigerator. I emailed the company to ask how to exchange those for ones that fit my refrigerator. I didn’t hear back. I sent 3 more emails and never heard a word from them. And there was no paperwork in the package. They did, however; send me an email about rating the filters. Do NOT use this company.

The water filter I ordered was defective. I emailed them 3 times asking how to rectify the situation (either replacement or refund) and haven't received a response to any of them :(

I have been using another supplement company for my water filter, and then decided to try Aquapureline. I should've checked Trustpilot first. THE WATER TASTE IS NOT THE SAME. It is horrible!!!!! Hope at least it is not harming my health.

Counterfeit filters. Label didn't match packaging and didn't fit machine. Customer Service phone never answered; email responses were artificial intelligence and asked the same questions again and again. Finally got a return label only to discover it was counterfeit.

Shipment made to wrong address. No customer support by email or by phone. No accountability for anything. Awful.

Counterfeit water filters. Coloring of label is very muted. Shape of label different than real authentic filters. Shape of actual filter different at top as well. Cost should have been a sign also. Too good of a deal. Took 4 times reaching out to company for resolution. I’m out almost $70. Plus I have to pay for another filter. Sad that there are people like this in the world.

Ordered two filter for my LG refrigerator. They came fast but upon opening I noticed immediately that the labeling seemed pixelated. The filter installed perfectly normal but I noticed it was super light compared to my original
Filter. Once I tasted the water I could tell it was counterfeit, it’s not filtering much of anything out, tastes like tap water. The label on the filter has a QR code so I scanned that too… it went to an LG site that displayed the word counterfeit product. I put the old filter back and will have to pay up for a legit filter.

Order was filled quickly but filter was visibly defective. Email exchanges with vendor's Customer Service team were unproductive as the same questions were asked over and over; AI-generated responses suspected. Avoid!

Scam website. Filter received wasn't authentic. Asked for a refund and company sent label that was already used. DO NOT PURCHASE. Fake reviews on website.

I had a conversation with them regarding the authenticity of their filters as there is no way they can sell this at such a cheap price but they couldn't give a clear believable answer. They are fake counterfeit sellers from China running multiple counterfeit stores online. Upon checking their About US page, it is clear they are using AI generated fake pictures and fake story. I have previously purchased genuine filters from various national distributors for my rental units in bulk so I know what the prices of these filters should be. They use a residential address and they only show water bottles on their from page and try to hide their water filters unless one comes directly through their advertised links from Google. STAY away from these CROOKS.
