My aquarium plants crossed the country during the hot hot hot days of July. They reached my home still fresh and cool. I'm grateful and so are my fish.

This company has never disappointed me. Healthy, well developed plants with lush, trailing root systems. I've been doing business with aquariumplants.com for a long time and will continue to do so because the quality is far superior to the other sites I've tried.

I am doing major pond and marginal plantings. Most of my many eBay and Etsy purchases have been extremely disappointing. Aquariumplants.com is a tremendous find for their quality of plants and great service.

Ease of transaction, quick turnaround to receive plants ordered, nice selection - never any issue with my orders! Glad I found this place online!!!

One of the four plants ordered was black and dead, probably from heat. Two others had many leaves damaged. This is the first time I ordered during the summer and did not realize I should have ordered an ice pack. I tried adding after but the system initiated another order and it looked like the ice pack would have been sent separately with an added shipping charge. Thanks

I placed an order that I forgot to to add an ice pack to so I asked and they said to place another order and they would combin them. I did this 1 order made it alive 2nd didn't. I've had no response in fixing it at all. I emailed called and left a voicemail. At this point they're ignoring me and it's wrong. If they would have combined the order like they said they would there would be no issue.

Plants came in good shape and a day earlier than originally scheduled from FL to OR during a heatwave event. This is the 3rd time I've bought plants from AquariumPlants.com and will keep buying more. I like the large selection and quality of plants.

Plants came in a timely manner ,actually earlier than I expected. All were very healthy and good size. I've ordered plants before and am always pleased.

Hard to tell what size or how big the plants will be from the online order. Packaged very well but unfortunately with this summer heat and even with an ice pack, the plants arrived very warm to the touch. I Immediately unwrapped them and got them into cooler water. I experienced a little plant melt, not much but did have brown edges on leaves from the heat. Therefor lost some greenage. I ordered 2 small bunches of Anubias.. thought for the money it would have been a bigger batch. It was very small amount (looked like one batch to be honest) and for the money, just feel the size/ quality isn’t worth it.

Always great healthy plants

i ordered a few plants but they had a lot of duckweed, snail eggs, and weird red worms in them. i spent about 2 hours trying to clean them out but i couldn't, it was too much. i'm not super experienced in quarantining plants or anything like that, i just wanted some nice aquarium plants that's all. these plants were supposed to be for a betta aquarium on my office desk so i couldn't risk getting duck weed or snails or worms in them because it's supposed to be a clean professional display kind of thing. i emailed them explaining what happened and asking for a refund but nobody replied

i honestly forgot about the whole thing and ordered the plants from somewhere else that i've had a better experience with but i just got an email asking me for a review so now i don't know if i should go to my bank or what. i wouldn't have ordered them if i knew they'd be full of pests, i feel like that should be an up front disclaimer. i understand stuff happens but it's not a good feeling for it to be a surprise. it feels a little like i was tricked and now im being ignored.

I was on the waiting list and they notified me when new stock arrived. The waterlily arrived in excellent condition in spite of adverse weather. Aquarium Plants followed my instructions about the shipping date and even called to confirm shipping. The waterlily is a strong division and is growing well.

Came on time

One plant has mold on it, one looks dead (brown and soft, and one looks healthy and is already beginning to grow.
