this is by far my new favorite plant ordering site
order came well packaged from germany to belgium
plants all look super healthy and fast shipping
only minor detail but actually great to not smush the plants is the order came in 2 separate boxes on 2 different time stamps i recieved the plants first and noticed my pebble rocks where not there after seeing 2 different emails from the shipping it was clear to me they didnt want the rocks to crush the plants ... shows they do care that your order wil not be damaged !
can only give 5 stars but they deserve a 10!

THE SCAM SQUAD from Aquasabi

Ordered an co2 diffuser that seems to be used or stucked in a way. Tried to contact them on emails, fb,but NOBODY answered. They are very busy guys!And what is with all those domains .de .com ? As well as funy email adresses yoohoo@, huhuu@ info@ ?!

When you pay for the order you are forced to do it with PayPal even if they "support" card payment! They do ask you for card info!!! And that smells as SCAM!!!

Poor customer service

First I bought plants for a total invoice value of 67€ and received them without any issues.

Now the next order got canceled because they apparently only ship to mainland areas, not islands (which still belong to Spain and are EU territory), which is ridiculous. Never mind, I already have found an alternative online shop.

Laughable and discriminative service!!!

Of course, we understand your displeasure and would like to explain the circumstances in more detail: The shipping routes on the European mainland are different than, for example, to the Canary Islands, or other distant destinations. Here, shipments are mostly made by ship. As shipments are often damaged, returned or lost, this has caused many problems for us and our customers. Therefore, we have discontinued these options and do not offer them at extra cost.

We are of course constantly working to find a suitable shipping solution for islands like the Canary Islands to offer secure shipping as soon as possible.

A good place to order plants 🙂

So nice how protected the plants were sent and they even sent a guide saying you shouldn't put the plants in the aquarium right away if they got cold... I didn't know that 😅

I also ordered other things like food and plant fertilizer and they even put the bottles of liquid in a plastic bag(i assume so it wouldn't ruin everything if they began leaking) so I have no complain and 5 stars because they seem to care 🙂

Though I had thought I had ordered once but it turned out there was a last 'confirm' button on the bottom of the page... So though a little annoying I assume it is for the costumers sake 😅

Almost perfect webshop - Slow return procces.

Great webshop for aquarist and aquascapers. I have made over 20 orders on their website and it's great. Big plant selection and fast shipping to Denmark.

The only probleme with Aquasabi is their slow return. The procces takes alot longer than anticipated for a mistake they made.

All in all I would definitely recommend the shop.

Best online aquatic plant shop throughout Europe

Most helpful customer service and very professional handling of my mistake misspelling my address. Plants are in superb conditions and in very good quantity as well. Nicely packaged delivery too. Highly recommend supporting this company.

Im Happy to find this shoop.They have so many good aquarium plants with a good price...more buy more lower price! Not so many do like that!
i love the Xl sizes of plants what they gives! if any problem has they always helping with send a new ones or refund!

Missing Item!

When the shipment arrived one of the items were missing, but a quick email to the Support staff at Aquasabi made this a very short process. They shipped me a replacement as soon as possible and this is exactly the kind of Custmer Service that keeps me coming back for more. Great shop and even greater service.

Poor quality and wrong items delivered.

I recently purchased various plants, and had them shipped.
Upon arrival several plants had almost no roots as they had rot away.
I also didn't recieve several of my chosen plants, but som other plants was added instead.
You should really pay more attention to the condition of your plants when packing and ofcourse make sure it's the right ones!

Writing you was not gonna do me any good, as waiting another 2-3 days for any new plants was not an option. Discussing compensation was less important as a few euroes wasn't worth it. The important plants (not available locally) was fine, so picked up the ones missing from the local store.

we are really sorry that your are not satisfied with the shipment. But we are asking ourselfs why you do not contact us directly. We can say for sure that we do not send wrong plants. We pack everything at packing stations with barcode scanners. Additonally our quality control management is very strict regarding plant quality. Everyday we sort out plants that do not meet our quality standards. Those plants are put into packages as freebies. The additional plants you mentioned are exactly those freebies.

Another side note. We sell the plants regarding their right botanical name and not like the nurseries often with wrong names. That leads sometimes to confusion for example regarding your ordererd Hemianthus glomeratus that was labeled "Hemianthus micranthemoides. All those circumstances we write down in the product description in detail or in our plant database at www.flowgrow.de.

We assure proper plant quality. If you are not satisfied with that, why haven't you sent us an e-mail like we state in our flyer that is sent with every order?

A plant is (almost) dead? We‘ll take care of that!

If a plant is (almost) dead on arrival, please take a photo immediately, even before
you put it into your aquarium. In this photo, the condition of the plant needs to be
shown as clearly and as completely as possible. Please email this photo, together
with a short text in which you explain the problem and mention the order number,
to info@aquasabi.de - we are sure to fi nd a solution to your problem.
