I purchased via Amazon the aquasphere…

I purchased via Amazon the aquasphere 2.0 adult face mask in the color mint green THIS IS THE BEST MOST QUALITY COMPANY in goggles/masks!! I have bought item after item and always recieved THE QUALITY. DEFINITELY WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM AND RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Warning! Weak point! Do not buy anymore

I've now bought and used about fifteen Aquasphere swimming goggles (formerly Michael Phelps goggles, Xceed, etc.). I've noticed that the quality is getting worse and the prices are getting higher. Even worse, I suspect Aquasphere is building in a weak point at the nose bridge/lens connection. This isn't the first time the nose bridge has broken immediately upon unpacking, rendering the goggles unusable. This was definitely the last Aquasphere goggle I'll ever buy. Annoyingly, I only just read the reviews on Trustpilot today – the terrible feedback confirms my suspicions.

Not customer oriented

The website is only for dealers. Not possible to see distribution sides. Showing products which you can’t buy. If you send a contact mail getting “unfriendly” answers.
Not customer oriented, better go elsewhere, where they appreciate your money!!!

I bought a pair of aquasphere 2.0 seal…

I bought a pair of aquasphere 2.0 seal goggles less than a year ago. They broke last week while swimming . They did not even last a year and aquaspohere declined to replace them . They state they have a two year warranty, but that is a boldface lie . Do not buy this product anywhere of from anyone as they suck .

I bought goggles that were damaged from…

I bought goggles that were damaged from a shop a long way from home. They refused to replace despite proving they were new, told me to take back to shop. I decided to try them anyway but fogged up after 75metres. Terrible product appalling customer service.

Customer service does not deserve its name

Received my Vista Pro in time, rubber band broke with the 3rd normal use.

1. talked to someone on the phone.
AS: pls send mail
2. I sent mail with pictures
3. a week later I talked to someone on the phone again AS: pls send mail again. Found it. I will have to talk to someone and you will hear back.
4. I received answer from us support. AS: please reach out to German support.
5. German support number out of service
6. a week later: still no answer from guy whom I talked to on the phone.
7. Spent several times more than 30 minutes in the queue, nobody is answering.

Every time you have to spend a lot of time to reach somebody on the phone or sometimes they just do not pick up the phone.
Customer support phone number for Germany is forwarded to france - of course they don't speak german and only very very bad english.

a. nightmare.
do not order on their website.

Doesn't even deserve a one star - a disgrace

Doesn't even deserve a one star. Shockingly bad customer service. I paid a fortune for expedited delivery only to receive my product incredibly late - in fact, the automated email from the company showed that it hadn't even been dispatched until well after the time it was due to arrive with me. As it was too late for me to use, I wanted a refund; however, the company do not respond to emails or phone calls at all. I am not surprised they don't allow reviews on their website as I am sure no one would buy from them. What a terrible experience. Avoid them like the plague!

Never received my order

Never received my order, been almost 45 days. They mostly don't respond to customer service emails, and if they do they don't provide any relevant response or apology. May have lost my money- not sure if it's a scam. No response to getting a refund either.
