Worst experience ever!!!!!! We do not recommend it!!!!
For the first day they booked a boat trip for us, the second day a buggy tour was booked, and they mixed the pick-up time so we could not reach the boat trip on the first day…
After they just tried to fix it, but it didnt go so well, because the two programm was in two different days so we had to recalculate everything because the next day we had a flight back to home and on that day we had to go on a 4 hours boat trip instead of the 2 hours buggy tour…
After the end of the boat trip we had to wait for the transfer, the other tourists had already gotten their transfer but as we were in a delay, we were really upset, that they left us as the last ones…and after that my husband just wanted to go to the toilet back to the boat during waiting for the transfer, and they didnt let him back telling him “ The boat is closed” … unbeliavble. And the worst part we paid a lot for this two programm and we didnt get any compensation…
This company is not worth any money!

The worst aqua sports place I have ever experienced. The guy with the glasses who sits at reception is very rude, abrupt and isn’t very friendly or helpful. The jetskis are just awful no health and safety demonstration. They just let people drive where ever and what ever speed no consideration for the boats or other people. Other jetski users were over taking and not leaving the other people any space. The leader is so far in front that if u was at the back and something happened u would have no way to try and get their attention. The guy on the speed boat who is abit older is completely rude and told my misses to jump off the boat after she really hurt her ankle on the jetski. I would avoid at all costs. This service is just awful and rude. The worst place

One star because at least we saw dolphins 🤨

We recently participated in a dolphin safari arranged through your Aquasports.es, which turned out to be chaotic and very poorly planned.

Shortly after departure, it became clear that the sea conditions were quite rough. Many passengers – at least half – became seriously seasick, including both myself and my children. In the midst of the worst part of the journey, an announcement was made over the loudspeaker that the buffet was now open and we should not wait too long to get our food. This felt both insensitive and completely out of touch, considering that many passengers were already using paper sick bags or vomiting on the floor and walls.

My husband went down alone to check the buffet, and described a highly unpleasant scene where guests were trying to eat while struggling to keep their balance and surrounded by others who were sick. He spent most of the trip running back and forth trying to get water for me and the kids – not an easy task in such rough seas.

Halfway through the trip, the boat made a stop at the harbor to drop off passengers who had only paid for a 2-hour tour – a stop we had not been informed about in advance. By that time, my children were so unwell (one was vomiting, the other crying) that I decided to disembark with them, along with several others who had also paid for the full 4-hour tour. We were told the boat would return after one hour, so we quickly tried to find something to eat (which was not cheap), bought water for the return trip, and gave the kids an ice cream as a small comfort.

We returned to the meeting point after about an hour, but ended up waiting another full hour – the boat didn’t come back at 3 PM as stated, but rather at 4 PM. Had we known we would have two hours, we could at least have gone to the beach just behind the building by the harbor. Instead, this added to the frustration and made it impossible to turn the day into a positive experience.

Excellent days out with all the staff so well organised transfers to and from hotel . Cristina is great so helpful will 100% use them again

Horrible experience.
1. It was written 4 h tours, not 2 hours, and after coming back to pick up others. (so organisations very bad)
2. They charged 40 per kids, and I supposed there will be equipment for them for snorkeling, but there was not.
3. Snorkelling in the most horrible place, what we were supposed to see where around are just jet sky, bananas etc, there was absolutely nothing to see!!!
4. Amd on top of everything they do not answer, on any provided number as this is not a number/department for complaints 🙈 just for booking but they refuse to give any other contact and keep saying they don't have an office.
So just book with someone else not this shit company. Its been already 2 months since that experience and still no one got in touch with me!!!! It is a totally scam and waste of money.

Would not recommend they are unsafe, rude and unhelpful. We booked Catamaran magic trip through TUI at our hotel. Was recommended as a smaller boat with background music and water sports at additional cost with lunch and a swim stop to snorkel. Also a complimentary banana boat ride.
We could not get drinks as there were so many people jumping around and dancing to very loud music. It was very much a party boat you were unable to sit inside due to crowding, rowdiness and level
Of music.
We never received our banana boat ride other guests were also complaining of this even though we asked 3 times when could we go.
The swim stop was unsafe we were told the current was very strong so not to go too far and also not allowed to swim to the left or right due to boats and jet skis possibly hitting you. No snorkel equipment given or mentioned but was to unsafe to do anyway. Our kids didn’t want to get in after being told it was quite dangerous. Why stop?
We paid for an additional water sports the jet boat it cost 80 euros. We were taken out on a dingy boat to the activity and left on it waiting for the driver for 10 mins.
Once the boat started the driver was very slow and said the engine was not reaching speed it seemed to be struggling. We then had to stop to collect two other people. Once he started the boat again he did one small turn and then said the boat is broken. It stank of petrol. We were told to get off and put back in the dingy boat. We then spent 15 minutes on that boat picking people up and dropping people off. It was over crowded not enough seats and very dangerous. When we said about the activity they said you can go on the banana boat which we declined as should have been having one included. They said you can go on something else or have money back. We asked for the money back as it was all dangerous. When back at our boat the staff denied the boat had broken said we had been given our activity. They refused refund and said we could not do the banana boat due to the confrontation.
We were then spoken to very rudely by Aqua sports told ‘ you are a crazy English lady’ and then told ‘ you want money yes ok we pay for all your holiday’.
When we tried talking to them they would jest to each other laugh and be rude. We came back and tried talking to the boss who again laughed said he would call me back in 30 mins never did call. He was rude and only interested in making money. Aqua sports are unprofessional, very rude, dangerous and should be avoided at all costs. They are a complete con. As for TUI they have not helped with resolving this and have as much as called us liars. They have taken aqua sports side. They were supposed to be available to help. Something doesn’t sit comfortably with me that they are selling such a dangerous excursion.
Would avoid both companies don’t be disappointed

We booked our activity through a seller on the beach in playa del Inglés. He told us that the offer included transfer, 2h buggy + 1h jet ski safari.

The day started with being picked up at a location 09.05. They picked up multiple people at different locations and with this it included a lot of waiting.
At the destination of the buggy activity, we had to wait about 45 minutes before we could start. The buggy was a 2 hour SLOW drive. Not much to see, and there was no space to drive “fast.
You drive in line with 9 other vehicles so there was a lot of waiting here to. The buggy’s was set to a maximal 35km/h. And for reference we didn’t reach this speed more than twice…

After the buggy, it took about an hour before the drivers was there to pick us up.
We got NO information on the locations of the activity, they did not tell us that it is in to different directions from each other and required a lot of driving.

When we arrived at the next destination for the jetski safari, it was of course more waiting. About 40 minutes.
It was okay, but not any safari. On the pictures our seller showed us, it was pictures of beautiful caves, but the only thing we got to see was another beach. Very disappointing.

After the jetski was finished 15.15, they told us that the transit would be there to pick us up at 16:00.
At 16:00, no driver was here and we asked about it to the staff. They told us 5 minutes about 3 times before we told them that they cant keep telling us 5 minutes, every 10 minutes.

Then they told us that someone else was doing parasailing and instead of driving us first, we needed to wait for the 2 last ones (who took an extra activity!!!).
This resulted in about 2 hours of waiting AFTER the jet ski.

I would NOT recommend aquasports in Gran Canaria. The day will take about 8 hours, with only 2,5-3 hours of activity, which also was disappointing.
Instead use your 202€ on something else!!

Unfortunately it's not possible to give no stars at all, because they don't even deserve one star.
What was supposed to be a fun day with the family, ended up being a traumatic experience - the "2h long dolphin search trip" became a 4h long trip of terror.. people crying, throwing up and even passing out..
Almost right away the waves were so high that it was impossible to enjoy anything, after some time the waves got on the boat so everybody were soaking wet, going inside didn't help because some of the windows were missing, so there you could also get wet... after what seems to be forever of people throwing up and crying, an alarm went on and the boat stopped, the alarm didn't stop, so instead they just turned on some loud "party" music to dull the sound of the alarm... at no point did we get any information on what was going on.
The crew were very unprofessional, at one point I asked if this was normal and got the answer "What do you think?" and then they just laughed... when people were throwing up and passing out they crew didn't offer any help or even water, but instead they saw it as "the perfect moment" to walk around offering everybody a "new free trip" because we didn't see any dolphins... when we finally got back to shore most of the people on the boat were FURIOUS and wanted a refund.. the crew took no responsibility at all, and said "We can't help, we didn't sell you the tickets"... I've tried to mail aquasports.es two times, with no answer at all... so I guess there's not much else to do than just try to get the word out about how they run the buisness...

And just as a bonus information, the "free drink" you get included in your ticket, is not really that free, you have to pay 1€ to buy a glass and then get your "free drink"... which btw also is a really small size of flat soda..

Just thinking about all the money we could have saved makes me mad, we were 11 people from my family - ranging in age from 5 to 87 years old! And then again, money is one thing… but the trauma it left for my 5 and 7 year old boys is worse, and seeing my 85 year old grandmother sitting outside and throwing up for hours and not being able to help… you should be ashamed of yourself!

So finishing up here, even though I could continue for a long time.... 0 STARS! and would definitely not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a lovely 2 trips with this company .
There was an issue with the second boat trip ( boat wasn’t available due to breakdown )
They sorted us another trip with an upgrade .
And it wasn’t busy at all.
Just a lovely day on the water . We really enjoyed it both times and so glad we went on the second trip . Lots of dolphins jumping out of the water ! Never seen so many at once .

AVOID!!

Family of 5 adults 3 children all booked to go on Catamaran Magic 3 after being recommended by sales rep Eleine outside Lavvo Taurito. We liked what was being said about the boat etc and the dolphin search as well as other activities available on the boat such as Jet Ski, Parasailing, Jet Boat, Banana Boat, Paddle Board, Snorkelling and a few others as well as food and drink being included. Elaine stated we pay for the boat trip now $55 per person and all other activities are at cost price to pay on boat.

We went to the pick up point and our pick up was 35 minutes late!!! Arrived at the dock and boarded. Once we set sail the captain states only activities available today was Jet Ski and Parasailing! We docked at the activities place and me and my friend went up and asked to pay for Jet Ski where the captain rudely said “NO, too late. Should have booked before hand” we told him we was told we pay at cost price on boat he said no you pay before you board (this was never mentioned anywhere before the boarding or during booking”

The advertisement also states you get to see dolphins and Elaine stated if you didn’t you get a free ticket to go on it again. - we never once on our trip saw any dolphins and no second ticket was given or mentioned - the staff on the boat don’t even bother mentioning any dolphins.

I went back to my restore and spoke to Elaine who was immediately defensive saying this trip is rated 12/10 not one customer has ever complained blah blah blah… I said clearly they have as I’ve now read trustpilot to which she replies that’s fake reviews anyone can write them, our company will have them taken down soon. I told her I’d be adding mine too.

I asked for a refund as nothing she had sold us was offered at all and it wasn’t as advertised to which she said no and told me to leave, I started to warn other customers who were interested about the fact it’s missold and she threatened to call the police on me and have me “lifted”. I have had to call my bank and open up a claim to have my money back - absolute SCAM of a company.

AVOID AT ALL COST

ELAINE IS RUDE - DO NOT LET HER SMILE AND “HIYA GUYS” trick you- once she has your money she does not care!!!

this trip was supposed to be dolphin watching and snorkeling but neither of those things happened. when we arrived at the port we waited at least 45 minutes for the boat to arrive. The boat sailed about 5-10 kilometers out, and then we turned around and sailed back without anything happening. they say you get free drinks but that is also a lie. cups they want 1 euro for use. You also don't get the opportunity to snorkel, that was also a lie and I can go on and on and on. for all intents and purposes avoid going on this trip. It is a big waste of time and money. DONT BUY IT!!!!

We have requested, through email, wotsap mag and telephone our photographs of our parasailing on the 2st of October,not a response back , very disappointed as the actual activity was excellent.lack of communication spoilt experience

We booked the dolphin tour, with water games including transport. Cost €250 for five people. Quite expensive.
When we got to the boat it was already full, so we had to stand up. The boat's engine stalled just after departure, but their mechanic managed to fix that part. They managed to find a group of dolphins, which we got to look at for maybe 15 minutes.
The water games were banana boat rides and swimming.
There was free access to cheap beer. Which was lucky, because otherwise I probably would have jumped overboard. This is a classic tourist trap.

Had an ok day on the catamaran magic, but if you dont want to participate in the water sports this isn't the trip for you, we were at standstill for over 2 hours whilst people done their watersports. You also have to pay 1 pound each for a plastic cup, even though its sold as all inclusive, so you will need some change, we was a family of 6.
I paid the money to recieve parasailing photos of my children, was told they would arrive via email, they never came, been a month now. Have emailed and messaged and just get told, "they will come" maybe you shouldn't offer such a service if you cant deliever as I've seen many reviews with this problem.

Really enjoyed the trip. Very good service and great value.

Very well organised, friendly staff. Great photographs emailed to me promptly as requested. I would definitely recommend this company.

Awful experience, do not buy from them. We booked a buggy tour. Pick up time was not communicated until the night before after multiple calls/emails. Pick up time was changed 3 times, and we have been left waiting for 1h. Once arrived at the buggy location we waited another 45 minutes under the sun for other guests to arrive and pay.
We have wasted a day of our vacation.
Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional.

Disappointing, disorganised, chaotic trip. Promised watersports and time spent snorkelling not available. We spent over an hour in a busy harbour watching the captain try and fail to attract the attention of the watersports team whilst looking stressed and apologising. Had an apology from the office but blanked when I asked for a partial refund - have had to raise a case with Paypal. Avoid this company.

Did a boggy tour and a trip with their catamaran sailboat on Gran Canaria. Can definitely not recommend... Boggy tour was slow and quite boring, driving time was around 90 minutes, we ended up spending 5 hours in total because of their lack of planning, 2 hours were pure waiting time either before or after the boogey trip, and most of the time not knowing who was the guide or in charge..

The catamaran tour is definitely not worth your time and money either. Trip was supposed to be 4 hours, took 5 hours, we missed our next activity due to that delay, the crew gave the weather and their bosses the blame, but it was sunny and winds no more than 8-10 m/s and when asking to speak to a superior they just avoided the question or pretended to not understand. And they were not willing to make any kinds of amends due to the time lost.
Almost forgot, the boat stopped for 2 hours or so, in order to do water activities, and they said you could go snorkling, but there is nothing to see.. 10m to the bottom of a sand ocean with no fish or anything worth snorkling for. So thank you for having me waisted 88x2 EUR + expenses for snorkling gear...
