Incredible service! Alison arranged an engineer visit for the same day. Poor guy then got caught in an accident tailback on the M1. No suggestion that he'd abandon the call - he turned up as soon as he could and sorted out the problem.
This company is so different from most so-called "service" companies!

Needed a new Insinkerator tank asap and Alison was brilliant, getting the product packed and shipped on the same day, ready for next day delivery. Couldn't be better.
Had to replace an old Insinkerator unit with a new one, new one didn't work so contacted insinkerator help desk who ran through checklist and agreed that new one was faulty.
Spoke to Alison at Aquatherm who are Insinkerator service agents and within 15 seconds had diagnosed the problem and resolved it. Not faulty at all, just the new one had a built in air switch whereas the old unit had a separate air switch.
Note to self (again) RTFM
I ordered a repair kit from Aquatherm and it came very quickly thankfully. Unfortunately the package was damaged in transit by Royal Mail and the seal and metal parts were missing on arrival meaning I couldn’t repair my waste disposal. I emailed Alison on the bank holiday and she immediately set about making things right. I was dispatched the missing parts same day and have now completed the job, Alison and the team have been super helpful which is unusual these days and so I can’t recommend Aquatherm highly enough!

Excellent customer service. We are in France and have an Insinkerator Hot tap. The valve had failed, absolutely no joy with Insinkerator or their french agent, I contacted Aquatherm and explained the problem to Alison in customer services, she asked me to send a pic of the valve then went to their stores and got the replacement part out to make sure it looked the same. It did, she sent it to us in France, I fitted it and everything works again! If only it were always like this! Thanks Aquatherm, and thanks Alison.
