I’m not pleased with my experience. I wish I listened to reviews not sponsored by influencers. The filter is cheap. When I received it, most of the pieces were damaged. The glass container and the water tank were shattered and the electric cable had a manufacturing defect. They shipped everything without any bubbles or protection. I asked for a return for a refund due to this experience but they insisted to send replacement parts. Two weeks went by and the replacement parts were never shipped.
I messaged them and asked to return the product for a refund. Note that they won’t refund shipping costs which I think is rational. They will also charge you $26.99 for return shipping. So I basically lost $53 to get junk in the mail. Please do your research and go somewhere reputable. Also don’t listen to influencers or social media ads… they’re a bunch of phonies.

Love it all except one thing
Love it all except one thing. The fill tank is difficult putting back on, the small port takes a bit of force, and starts pumping even if not all the way down.

Although my first unit was defective…
Although my first unit was defective and it stopped working after 4 days, the second one is performing great and as described!
Love the design and easiness of its use. Great for the price!
Very satisfied with customer service, kudos to Luisa, who helped me get through the frustrating times of the first unit and professionally assisted throughout the process of getting a new one!

Life changing
Life changing. After a medical scare, my husband and I started taking our health more seriously. Improving our water was the top priority. We purchased the counter top carafe and the shower head. Couldn’t be happier with the quality, function, and experience of both. We could feel a difference almost immediately. 10/10 would recommend.

I love my Aquatru water filter system
I recently moved to Arizona, and the hard water was just not working for my tastebuds or my body. After reading many, many articles and reviews, I chose the Aquatru system, and I made the right choice. It turns my municipal water into great tasting drinking water. The system is very easy to use and set up. I bought a second carafe so that I can keep one full carafe in the fridge and never run out of filtered water. It is so much easier to keep hydrated now, and the water also makes great tasting coffee.

Amazing quality water

Great product overall…. But
Great product overall. Only thing I have against is the size. You all should come out with a larger product version for bigger families who drink a lot of water. Something that can hold and filter 3-4 gallons at a time. Im in Florida and have to refill mines multiple times to the point it’s becoming a household chore.

One of my best purchases!
I love my Aquatru Carafe! It's been a relief not to rely on bottled water. Because it only takes abut 10-12 min. to run a cycle, I can have purified, clean water whenever I need it. I also purchased a second Carafe so I can keep some cold water in my fridge. It gives me confidence that my water is clean because of the rigorous testing that Aquatru does through qualified sources. It greatly reduces the nasty stuff, including microplastics, in our water supply and also reduces the plastic water bottles which was my main reason for buying it. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I'm trying to do my part in reducing plastic waste and still have clean water available to me.

There is no gift option and it was a horrific experience to order a system as a gift and the person was traveling and did not want it. Shipped multiple boxes, so had to wait and even when provided FedEx tracking so that I could pay to return it when it hadn’t even been opened yet, issues with pick up and even provided the wrong FedEx number for whoever’s tracking.. I ordered 1 for myself and I’ve only used it about a week or so, sure hope the customer service is better if and when I need it.
