What company needs a month to ship something within the United States? The world for that matter. It's called management expectation. Make this clear up front then tell customers what to expect. It is already a week late according to AquaTru shipping status. Three stars is generous.

They arrived quickly after ordering just not happy with the price of filters. The unit itself is quite a lot, which is fine its an investment. But then the filters to keep it going are so much, and you have to dump several batches when you get a new one. And they are only good for so many batches.That is the only reason I give it less than five stars.

Seemless experience. Everything works as claimed, and the water (remineralized) tastes great. I bought a second pitcher to keep in the refrigerator.

I am a senior with medical issues. I need something convient, safe, and economic and environmentally consistent. My Acutru counter carafe unit meets all. Those and then some. There are no water bottles to lug to my car and to my home. There is no fluorine in the water to effect my mind and harden my arteries. (Think about it if it can harden your teeth what else can it harden? ) I also feel cared for and nourished.And ther are no microplastics to worry about from plastic bottles. Ove all Acutru has been the most reasonable clear chouce for my healt needs.

Great filtration system! It was easy to set up, easy to use, reliable, and delivers great-tasting water. The taste is noticeably better, giving me confidence that my family is drinking purified water. A worthwhile investment for clean drinking water. Highly recommend. Very happy with this purchase.

I have problems with the water tank, one post freezes up and it doesn’t go on right and I have to press it and wiggle it free before trying again. Other than that it works fine.

Great product, has been working seemlessly for over a year now. I've only changed the filter a couple of times and it's saved me so much money compared to the filter pitcher I used to use. The water tastes great too! No issues with customer service or shipping either.

It's to early to say about durability but I have good expectations. The only segestion at this point is reflected container ( holds water) , I have covered outside so light won't pass thur.

As a renter, I thought reverse osmosis countertop products were too expensive. Then I discovered Aquatru and am very happy to drink water free of microplastics, forever chemicals, lead, metals, etc. Everyone should be able to get one of these. I hope Aquatru keeps these affordable and introduces more budget options (like older models) so that more people can drink safe water.

The water tank doesn’t sit correctly it slants over at an angle so you can’t close the lid. Also my TDS reading in week one was 70, two weeks later it’s 165. Our source water is 415. I called their customer service, response to the tank that doesn’t fit correctly with a lid not being able to close as “normal” and expected. So expect that I guess. There was no offer to replace it. My concerns about the TDS reading which is borderline unacceptable was also just “don’t worry about it” response. Strange considering what the product claims to do, remove particals from water. A lot of hype around this brand and product. Product doesn’t fit together and every week my TDS reading gets worse. Will probably return it this week.

The unit ask me to service/clean it after only about 4 carfae's of water are made. I did the cleaning as required by the instructions and again, after a few more runnings of the unit, it wants to be serviced. Your customer service team stated it is due to are hard water where I live, yet that is not talked about in the advertising.

This was a gift. We have an aquatru that we use constantly so we wanted to pass on the benefits. Recipients are so happy with theirs. Changed from plastic water bottles due to poor quality water to just using aquatru.

Great taste and easy to use. I'm glad I went away from my tap water.

Staff are always helpful. Packages arrive quickly.

The product is fine. It's a little slower than I thought, but I can live with it.

We were given a defective water dispenser for our office. Customer service refused to take your largest most expensive unit back. We had to hire a plumber for >$200.00 to get replacement parts. I have an undersink unit in each of my two houses and have not had this problem before. I cannot recommend your company again

I have had the Aqua Tru Carafe for 2 weeks, after using a distiller for 25 years. The distiller is easy to use, doesn't waste a drop, but takes 5 hrs to make 1 gallon of water. My concern is that, in an extended blackout, the small power back-up I have can only produce 1/3 gallon. So I purchased the Aqua Tru Carafe.

I am not happy with it, and will likely it for these reasons.

1) Too Much Water Wasted: I live in NM where every drop of water is precious. The Carafe requires the tank be full to the top, but it leaves 1/3 of the water as toxic wastewater that cannot be used for anything other than washing the floor or car (told to me by your customer service).

2) The Design is Awkward: The design is not practical and wastes countertop space. With the plug in the back, it makes sense to place the back at the counter wall, and the carafe is easy to access. However, this means that the tank in not accessible, so I have to pull the whole machine out every time I make water. If I put the machine across the back wall (meaning tank-machine-carafe) to make more counter space, then the carafe only faces to the right and is hard to access since it can only be pulled off in one direction.

3) The machine would be more useful if the unit could be against the back wall (tank-unit-carafe) but with the carafe facing forward, not to the right. When I look at it, it seems this would not be difficult. Right now, I have the unit placed diagonal on the counter, which is the only way I can access both the tank and the carafe.

4) The filters were difficult to install, and did not easily slip into place, I had to use all my strength to get them in. I am concerned whether I can even get them out when they need replacement.

5) The unit is relatively quiet, but in the last 2 days it has started rattling when purifying. It sounds like some part is maybe loose. Not good after only 2 weeks.

6) The 3 positives about the unit are that the water tastes good, and only takes 15 minutes to produce a half gallon of water. It is also appealing visually.

Bottom Line: I am likely returning the unit and going back to my distiller. Disappointed.

I like that I can clean the tank myself but I worry what will happen when the little filter in the tube gets clogged.
