I purchased two led 1800mm tubes online from Aquawaterfilters.co.uk on the 16th December using PayPal as the payment method. I checked my PayPal account and noticed that the payment was made to Allspares123. As this was different to the site name I made the purchase from, I started to get concerned that there may be a problem. When I scrolled down to the bottom of the Aqua web page the contact details were for Allspares123 which I thought was a little unusual. I then waited for an email to confirm my purchase which has never arrived. I tried to contact the seller on the phone numbers provided for Aqua water filters and Allspares123 on numerous occasions and both go to voice mail each time. I filled in the online contact email and have received no reply.
I decided to look for reviews of Allspares123 online and these were terrible. I looked up Allspares123 online and got the message that the account had been suspended. It would therefore seem that Allspares123 changed their shop front to Aquawaterfilters.co.uk and continue to scam customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I have now received a refund from PayPal.
