The communication from Aquiline was excellent. However it would of been helpful to know who the courier was, in my case Amazon, as my parcel was not delivered until 8.30pm.

I had never heard of Aquiline before ordering this item off of Ebay. Their tracking was spot on and updated regularly. Item was delivered in good shape and when stated.

Untrustworthy, Unprofessional and Unscrupulous

I purchased something on Ebay and Aquiline Tracking facilitated part of the shipping. Their part of the shipping process was slow and the tracking information provided only worked intermittently. I did eventually receive my package. However afterwards I received an unsolicited email from Aquiline Tracking requesting that I leave them a positive review regarding my experience in exchange for an Amazon gift card. To be clear I wasnt asked to post a review outlining my actual experience and feelings. I was asked only to post a positive review. I made it clear to Aquiline Tracking that it was a violation of Trust Pilot's terms of service to incentivize reviews, positive or otherwise. I made it clear that they should have asked me for my honest review that reflected my actual experience. I also made it clear that I would be reporting them to Trust Pilot and the BBB for terms of service violations and fraud. Steer clear of this company as they are clearly untrustworthy, unprofessional and unscrupulous.

Great job, Aquiline!

This was my first experience with Aquiline Delivery and Tracking. I received a prompt email with tracking info but did not receive any updates until package was delivered. Other than that I received my package before estimated date of delivery and the delivery person left it at my front door , safe and out of the rain. I am very happy with this experience.
