I had a great experience with Aquitaz TCG Store. There was a small issue with a missing item in my order, but they immediately took responsibility and found a way to fix it. I even told them it was okay and not to go through the trouble since it might be inconvenient on their part, but they still made sure I received it. They even included compensation, which I truly appreciated. Excellent customer service and very trustworthy store. Highly recommended!

They cancelled my orders after were displeased by my email asking them not to cancel and keep them active, to avoid price gauging if relisted.
They immediately cancelled my orders from August and September, while some of my friends orders from October, so they are placed later than mine are active. There was a ridiculous email exhange that this was not targeted and they dont cancel orders in chronological order. Which does not make any sense. Do what you will with this information, in my opinion this practices are against the consumer.

I had some issues with the delivery, and it took longer than expected to receive it.

However, thanks to their customer service — especially Allen — who stayed in touch the entire time and made sure I was constantly updated. That really means a lot and is something many others fail to do, as some don’t even respond to emails.

Subject: Formal Complaint – Non-Delivery of OP-13 One Piece Box

I am writing to formally complain about my purchase of an OP-13 One Piece box from Aquitas.

Despite full payment, I never received the product. No proper delivery, no resolution, and no acceptable explanation have been provided. This is completely unacceptable.

I feel misled and taken advantage of as a customer. Failing to deliver a paid product is a serious issue and cannot be justified. This situation has caused both frustration and financial loss.

I am demanding an immediate refund or clear proof of delivery. If this matter is not resolved without delay, I will proceed with further actions, including escalating the issue through my payment provider and reporting the matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

Our experience with Aquitaz is that they always deliver great result with fast shipping, great product and a fantastic support.

Never had any issues with our orders and we will keep our bussiness with Aquitaz for tcg and other products as well.

We truly recommend Aquitaz as the team behind is genuine and have helped us alot!

I had an amazing expirence with Aquitaz, they delivered my order fast and when i confirmed with a worker that i recieved the wrong binder they shipped the correct binder to me and even told me that i could keep the binder that i wasn’t meant to have. Their customer service is beyond amazing, they even took the time to call me to reassure me that everything was corrected☺️ Defenetly not the last time i order from Aquitaz

This company is for end customers and not a distributor.
They create a false business image of themelves.
Very dishonest and a complete waste of time.
If you are a reseller, don't bother with this lot.

I’ve ordered from this seller multiple times and generally received what I paid for without issues, for the most part, which is why this isn’t a 1-star review. However, I can't give higher than a 2-star because they’ve failed to follow through on a promise.

A few months ago, I pointed out a pricing error on their site, and they appreciated the help—so much so that they promised to include a small extra item as a thank-you in my next order. That was three orders ago. Every time I followed up, I was reassured that the extra would be included “in the next one.” But here I am, multiple orders later, and still nothing.

It’s not about the item itself—it’s about trust. If you say you’ll do something to show appreciation, especially when a customer goes out of their way to help, you should follow through. It leaves a bad taste when promises are made repeatedly but never kept.

Hopefully they take this as constructive feedback and improve their communication and follow-through in the future.

I have bought many booster boxes from this supplier and have had all great experiences. Quick delivery and decent prices too. Very helpful customer support if I had any questions so I definitely recommend them to other people. Also got a few great cards from those boxes aswell 😂👌
