Bought two Duravit basins, one came in it’s correct packaging/boxing complete and undamaged. The second was wrapped in bubble wrap, incomplete without fixings and damaged/cracked in one corner.
Have basically been told by Aqva that I am not entitled to a replacement or a refund and the damaged item was brand new, clearly it wasn’t and is most likely a return by another customer or they are selling secondhand items and at £300 each and other items on the same order totalling £1000 I expect a fair service.
I contacted Duravit directly and they confirmed that Aqva are not an official Duravit reseller so be warned, you may receive damaged or secondhand goods from these charlatans and you will have no recourse whatsoever.
Trading Standards have been notified as Aqva’s actions breach UK Online Trading law.

Despite a hefty delivery charge
Despite a hefty delivery charge, there is no option to find a convenient delivery time for the buyer. Instead, a text message was sent at 4 am saying that delivery would be made within 2 hours (which it was -- packages simply being left by the side of the house blocking the path to the garden).
Half of the order was missing, which we didn't realise until several days later when it was unpacked by the person we had hired to install the item. Again, the company never communicated that there would be multiple orders, so we assumed everything had been delivered at once.
To top it all over, they delivered the wrong colour cabinet.

The order was placed for two items. After about one week I received a message to say that one item had been discontinued by the manufacturer so only the one remaining item would be despatched. I did not query it but I do wonder if I should have been entitled to a bit of a refund on the postage. I got the credit for the discontinued item but no deduction was made on the postage cost which was about £9.50 for a small parcel. Overall no real complaint but I should have phoned them about the postage.

Spent many weeks waiting for my delivery without any update from the company. When I enquired they nonchalantly said they will make some enquiries and get back to me. When they didn't I contacted them again and that is when I discovered that my purchases would not be delivered for some weeks to come!!!!

My experience has been bad
My experience has been bad. I ordered a folding shower screen from AQVA on-line about four weeks ago. When delivered, I discovered that they had sent a completely different fixed screen, in error. They agreed to take it back and apologised, but it then took their (simply incompetent) courier two attempts to collect it from us (including attending some three hours before their advised time on the first occasion) and then no fewer than three attempts to deliver the correct screen, the last being advised between 5.45 to 6.15 in the morning!
Nothing here that I have not already told them - a total of 21 emails received, not counting those I sent. I will let you decide if you want to give them your business, but as you will have probably guessed, I will not be back.

Not opened our shower cubicle just yet but the transaction was really easy. Delivery was excellent and the basin is ideal…being fitted in the next day or two.
Looked online for a few weeks as wanted a one door sliding shower off set quadrant and Aqva fitted the bill.
Great price for both items so very happy customer and can’t wait to see the bathroom completed.

Please don’t order online
Please don’t order online, ring them first. I ordered a toilet which stated was in stock, the money was taken immediately. The following morning I received an email informing me that it wasn’t actually in stock but I would be put on a waiting list for when stock arrives although no lead time was available. I cancelled the order but over a week later the refund has still not been received. When speaking to this company I was told it would be with me in another 3-5 days! This is not acceptable but they really don’t care.

Excellent responsive company. After a bad experience with another company who deferred their delivery by 2 months halfway through the day of delivery I called Aqva to check availability of the item. They were kind enough to call their supplier whilst I was on the phone to confirm availability. Item was then delivered 2 days later which was ahead of expectations.
