I have been using their product for over a year now. Love it! Customer service is top notch! I reached out with a flawed item. They replied the same day and sent me a new product before the day was over.
I found several of their items on Temu for a fraction of the price so its obviously a white label product which you can buy for 1/10 of the price on Temu

This review contains false and misleading allegations. Claiming that our products are “white label items from Temu” is simply untrue and harmful to our business reputation.
Making unfounded accusations presented as facts is defamatory. We take this very seriously. A case has been submitted to Trustpilot’s Compliance Team to request the reviewer’s full name, phone number, and email in connection with this matter.
If the false statements are not corrected or removed, we will consider further legal action to protect our company and brand.

Placed my order in the afternoon and received my order on the very next day! The AQWA Ultra water filter works great - the water is crystal clear, smells great and free of chemicals. Also got a filter for the shower - even though the filter doesn't remove all the kalk from the water, it somehow made it "softer" and it's much easier to clean. I highly recommend AQWA!
