I rarely write reviews, but this experience absolutely requires a warning.
I placed my order on March 1 based on a clearly stated delivery timeframe of 7 working days. What followed was over a month of delays, excuses, and repeated broken promises.
I was given multiple confirmed dispatch dates, first April 12, then April 18 - none of which were honored. The order has still not been dispatched.
What is most concerning is not just the delay, but the complete lack of transparency. The company only admitted supplier issues after weeks of follow-ups, while continuing to provide misleading timelines.
Instead of resolving the issue properly, I was offered:
- Store credit instead of a refund
- Partial refunds with conditions
- Even a deduction fee for cancellation
This is not how a legitimate business operates.
At this point, this is no longer just poor service , it reflects a serious lack of reliability, accountability, and respect for customers.
I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this store to think twice. If this is how they handle a simple order, expect delays, unclear communication, and difficulty getting your money back.
This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
