Poor customer service
The return policies are frankly quite ridiculous, I've never heard hijabs being not returnable due to hygiene issues. And there is additional restock charges which had me paying £30 extra for something I never kept. And the communication is quite poor, scarf quality is decent but not worth all the hassle that comes with it
