Highly recommend. Been with this broker for over a decade and have multiple policies. The diligence and protectiveness of staff is of very high calibre, in particular Niall at the Tipperary office - whom has been very helpful following on from a recent enquiry I had.

Best company for cars insurance. Never find better deal, only Arachas always give me best price. Nice, friendly staff members.

I went with Arachas for my first time car insurance, specifically Zach O'Halloran and Mark Hanley. I couldn't have been looked after better! Zach was an absolute gent to deal with both in person and over the phone, and went above and beyond to get me the best value cover possible. The two lads worked seamlessly together and made my life extremely simple. I couldn't recommend Arachas enough!

While the cost of insurance is increasing the Arachas staff are very efficient and courteous. They get back to you very quickly with all information and your questions answered.

Zach organised my self-build house insurance policy. The service was incredibly prompt, clear and efficient. Building a house is a complicated process with many different players and variables I cover; Arachas have been miles ahead of every other agency I’ve engaged with.

I dealt with Aisling o Connell and the service was second to none . Every detail when setting up commercial insurance was done in a timely way and made as easy as possible. Very highly recommended

My issue was pressing - I Contacted the office and spoke with Catherine and it was addressed immediately and resolved within a couple of days

Arachas in Tipperary Town offer great customer service. I've dealt with Catherine for Policy quotes, renewal and claim. I must say the service and attention to detail Catherine shows is second to none. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Catherine and Arachas in the future
