Great item , great delivery

Terrible scam company. Placed an order with them. Never received my merchandise. Only received false tracking information as replies. Do not do business with this company, you will be ripped off.

I received a package with what appears to be a small branch but with no instructions as how to plant, maintain or expectations as to growth. There was a small package of a white powder but instructions were in what appears to be Chinese of Japanese. No instructions in English as to what it was or how to use it.

Absolute scam

Orders "get lost" after 6 weeks "travelling" in the post then "resent" without any tracking

You've been warned.

100% scam. Claimed they sent the order twice. Nothing showed up. Checked security cams on time their tracking showed, nothing. Asked for a refund numerous times.
Even when I questioned tracking, nothing happened for days and when I questioned it, tracking was updated.

FALSE ADVERTISING, MIS-REPRESENTING. I bought a "black cat luxury stone sculpture'. Listing photo showed a highly polished quality item. What arrived was NOTHING LIKE the picture. It was poor quality with horrible cracked effect paint and the eyes were cheap plastic that didn't fit the sockets.
I have had a battle trying to get a full refund ($46.22) They offered just $3, and then $6 and now $9 (which barely covers the postage). I am now going through Paypal to fight for my refund.

Product is less than 4" across and made of cheap plaster not stone, not luxurious, nor anything I'd be impressed to display.

I live in California. I watched as it shipped from Idaho to Oregon, then to Us Customs? I send many emails, asking why my package was going in the wrong direction. I only received robo responses, urging me to be more patient. Now my package is in Turks and Caicos!!!! They won't respond to me. I want my money back. Feeling scammed and played :(

I have waited for 5 weeks now. Every time i send mail i get an autoreply with different text. I have send from 2 different email address and got exactly the same reply twice. Scam scam scam.
