Disappointing Experience
I was disappointed with my experience. The space does not reflect the premium, curated environment presented on the website, and the overall hygiene standards were concerning.
The towels provided were worn, with frayed fibers and a damp smell, suggesting they had not been properly dried. When I raised this, the response was dismissive, attributing it to “residue from face masks,” which is not a hygienic explanation—especially if the same towels are used for both facial treatments and massages.
The service itself did not justify the price. Despite the strong branding and “results-driven” positioning, the treatment felt quite standard and somewhat rushed, lacking the level of professionalism and attention to detail expected at this price point.
Since my visit, I have been to another spa, which gave me a clearer point of reference. After some time to reflect, I feel confident in saying that this experience did not meet the standards it promotes.
Additionally, the environment did not support relaxation. During the post-treatment tea, there was noticeable noise from staff and clients in the lobby. At checkout, I was left waiting while staff continued their conversation, which felt unprofessional.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not return.
