Excellent Service - Perfect for Ferrying Pets

We've used this service twice to bring our cat from Paris into the UK and everything went flawlessly. Our driver, Serge, was professional and got us there safely. He was on time and made sure we were comfortable the whole trip.

Pricing is also very competitive!

10 out or 10 would recommend

serge was extremely friendly and made sure I got the most of of my layover. It took me forever to find him (EXIT THE AIRPORT via customs) he waited patiently for me, he obliged and took a picture with me so my mama knew I was safe. He took my bags and we just went around sight seeing and taking photos. I especially wanted to see little Africa and I did! He was insisting I eat and I’m so sad I didn’t cause there weren’t great options at the airport! Know where you want to go, he’ll get you there!

6 large men!

Was an overall great and very convenient experience. Our driver, Serge was wonderful and patient with us. 6 grown men and nearly a dozen pieces of luggage and we sat comfortably for both 3 hour drives (Paris to Ghent, Ghent to Amsterdam). I would highly recommend and use this service again!

Convoluted booking and spiteful support

To make a booking via thier site it took three emails with a mandatory "REPLY to CONFIRM" reply back.
No other company even requires one "REPLY to CONFIRM".

When I said that this is an unusual practice and that they could make it easier for themselves and customers, they spitefully cancelled my booking!

The “reply to confirm” step is a security measure designed to verify genuine bookings and prevent misuse of our service, as we regularly receive spam and fraudulent requests.
It helps us ensure that each reservation is made by a real traveller and that our confirmation email has been successfully received.
Occasionally, customers enter an incorrect email address and do not receive confirmation.
Without this check, we risk dispatching a vehicle for a passenger who may not arrive.

Your booking was cancelled only after repeated communication difficulties and was never done intentionally or out of spite. Our automated system detected unusual activity and cancelled the booking as a precaution, as we never before received complains about confirmation emails. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and assure you that we always aim to treat our customers with fairness and professionalism.
We have since made improvements to our booking process to make it simpler and more user-friendly. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us to improve our service.

Avoid Aramis Transfers Paris!

I completed a double booking with Aramis Transfers Paris to transfer 8 adults from Beauvais Airport Paris to our hotel in Paris. I also completed a booking for the return journey from the hotel to the airport for the end of our trip. I received an email confirming the bookings.
Later they sent more emails requesting advance payment for these bookings even though the option I selected was "pay the driver with cash". I didn't see these emails for a few days and by the time I did see them, I had received an email from them saying they had cancelled my booking! I emailed back to say I could pay the advance amount if they would reinstate the bookings but they just sent back an email saying the bookings are cancelled again! Terrible company to deal with and very unprofessional. Avoid using them!

We went on to book with another company instead and had a wonderful trip to Paris. The other company accepted the bookings, did not request payment in advance and we paid the drivers in cash as agreed and everything went perfectly. Gave a nice tip to the other companies drivers too because they were very plesent and professional!

In some cases, we request a small deposit when the pick-up location is far from our base in Paris.
As we regularly pick our passengers in cities such as Amsterdam, Brussels, and London, this helps us confirm genuine bookings and avoid no-shows.

As no deposit was received for your reservation, the booking was automatically cancelled by our system.
To prevent fraudulent or incomplete bookings, a deposit is required for all reservations, regardless of the chosen payment method.
