If I didn't now live in muggy South Carolina I'd buy more. But- I'll only have a few weeks in the winter to enjoy this sweater, which I definitely will do. I highly recommend the sweaters for their quality. Don't expect instant delivery. They come from Ireland for goodness sakes.

You failed to give me the advertised 20 percent off my order even after I reached out to customer service several times.
I had to place a dispute with my credit card company. I love the sweaters but won’t be buying from your company again. I spent over $900 and was treated terribly.

We were in contact with you regarding this and explained the terms and conditions of the promotion, including that discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to an order and that we are unable to apply any promotion if the items on the order do not apply to the given promotion.
We did, however, two alternative solutions as a gesture of goodwill, either a discount code for a future purchase or store credit, but unfortunately neither option was accepted.
We appreciate that this was not the resolution you were hoping for, but we did our best to explain the situation and offer an alternative. We're sorry that this has left you dissatisfied, particularly as you have otherwise enjoyed our sweaters.
