Only negative is sizing, although my cardigan is just the right size, I wish the sweater sizes came a little bigger even at slightly more cost, as I like baggy clothing.

Shipping issue resolved timely
Placing the order online was easy and the confirmation correspondence was immediate. However, after weeks of not receiving shipping updates I reached out by email to check the status. I received a quick and personal response, along with an apology, informing that a replacement item was being dispatched. Lasting gifts with meaning
I ordered gifts for my son and daughter in law, a wool sweater each to be ready for winter. They chose the styles and colors. Shipping was fast, sizing accurate, packaged well and oh, my the lovely quality of the soft thick wool! Now everyone is excited for sweater weather! Great buy!
