BUYER BEWARE!!!

I bought a sweater headband and fingerless mittens, all beautifully made however, the fingerless mittens came and only one had a thumb hole.

I contacted customer service and asked if I could return them for a non-defective pair. I was told that the replacement would incur duties and taxes (that I already paid), that they have no control over if but that I could get a refund instead, so I opted for a refund...RADIO SILENCE...BUYER BEWARE!

I had a problem with some mittens bought for ma as a Christmas gift. Sam was incredibly helpful and sorted the problem graciously. Lovely replacement mittens, thank you.

i have bought your hats and head bands and i think they are well made they are warm and comfortable they don`t lose there shape and go saggy they stay in place so you don`t have to keep adjusting them.

Beautiful product, only issue was cost. Was £5 cheaper from shop in Stirling but did not have in cream, so ordered direct from company as usually same price or cheaper, not in this case. However, lovely hat and wife very happy with it.

I was looking to replace a cable knit headband I had lost and when I saw the colour I wanted was out of stock, I emailed to ask if this was temporary or whether the colour had been discontinued. I received a very speedy reply from Jonny, who told me that while it had been discontinued, he had looked through the warehouse and found one headband in the colour in question, giving me a link to enable me to order it. What terrific customer service (and good quality headband!) - thank you Jonny
