Contacted arbour online when I discovered the cost of replacing my 2 benches and table. They supplied everything I needed to renew the slats, top quality hardwood slats,stays,nuts and bolts with the slats being pre drilled I think the renewing will alot easier. Ho, by the way I saved nearly £500 by renewal rather than replacing

I had really excellent service from ARBC with a 12 slat kit for my 35 year old garden bench. The slats were carefully crafted and arrived overnight from Wales and delivered mid-morning the next day in Oxford. Thanks to Peter and the family team.
Bought a standard 12 slat bench kit from this company. Ordering was very easy, delivery prompt. Their customer service was excellent throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
We bought a bench kit but due to circumstances beyond our control didn't assemble it for some time. When we opened it the slats weren't pre-drilled even though website says they should be. When we contacted ARBC they tersely said we should have returned it in 10 days - oh and we hadn't specified pre drilled slats!! . This is not a cheap product and one would imagine in this day and age much better customer service.
Writing complimentary reviews is my preference. However, ARBC let themselves down with their customer service. I have no complaints about the products. However, they reneged on helping me. I was given to understand that I would be reimbursed for an aborted delivery of my order. This was refused categorically by another member of the team. I paid a considerable amount for delivery. I found the company lacked customer care. This is not the place to write the nuances of the problem. However, I know that I was not the only customer with a similar problem. They will not place a negative review on their website
Despite there being a shortage of materials available ARBC pulled out all the stops to meet my order. Great personal customer service and first class delivery service.
