The worst incompetent lazy lawyers
For a simple 30 expedited court date to demand for return of items, it took them a year. It took them six week oftentimes to even respond to emails. They accomplished nothing other than waste time and money. I actually think they helped the guy I am suing. I find both lawyers in this practice to be insincere, bigoted, and lazy. Most importantly, they are incompetent. After stringing me along for a year they finally wrote a joke.of a summons. When I complained about the draft, they quit. This was after they admitted for screwing me over with the time. I have spoken to many lawyers that said Heikens did was disgraceful.
