Very arrogant and unfriendly
The moment I entered the office and asked the employer if she could speak English (as I’m at a B1 level in German and not yet fully comfortable speaking it for an entire conversation), she immediately started yelling. She spoke in an extremely loud tone the entire time, and when I tried speaking in German, she constantly corrected me—but not in a supportive way.
She repeatedly asked why I wasn’t speaking German, insisting that since this is Germany, I must speak the language. Ironically, based on her accent, she didn’t seem to be from Germany herself. She blamed me multiple times for not speaking German fluently and kept stressing me out about the time I was taking from her.
Overall, I felt like I was being treated as a punching bag.
SCHLAMPERBUDE!!! Incompetent. Unreliable. You will starve to death in Germany.
This time, I put my Kündigungspapiere IN THEIR HANDS!!! They scanned it into their system. Here I sit with NO MONEY FOR JANUARY, because these m****s are still asking me for these papers!!!
FIRE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE AND HIRE HOMELESS PEOPLE. They will be 500 times more competent!!!! I asked at my appointment on 18. Dec if I still needed to upload those papers. I was told no, since I have already given them PERSONALLY to the worker in Pirna!!!!!
So much for German competence! One fiasco after the other with these people!!
I told them that I am unemployed but…
I told them that I am unemployed but that I already have a new job for the next month.
They told me I have to apply for jobs for the 2 weeks where I have no job.
They even gave me company contact details where I shall apply.
I called these companies and ask them to start working tomorrow for 9 days until I get my new job. Of course they said No!
I registered myself as unemployed on…
I registered myself as unemployed on their website just one day after losing my job, and only after almost two weeks they told me that I had to present myself at the Agentur für Arbeit.
Registration online is not valid then.
I went to their agency and then I got a letter saying that I had registered myself too late and that I had no rights to unemployment benefits.
This people are a joke. Never trust them and never trust their website, they deleted some of the emails they sent to me admitting that it was all their mistake.
Go always in person and ALWAYS ask for a document to prove that you were there in person.
I wouldnt give even 1 star
I wouldnt give even 1 star, the most unhelpfull peoples in incompetent bayern, system doesnt work, staff not helping at all, together with finanzamt its total catastropha here, 0 the system
Very "interesting system"
Very "interesting system", i was rejected in payment of Weiterbildung, when i joined it anyways (using deffered payment option, since i do not have money, but i want to grow professionaly and pay more taxes btw), i found out, there are students whose Weiterbildung was paid two times in a row by AA!!! And there is a math teacher from german Uni as a student, tell me he can not find a job in Germany tomorrow. Nearly same story w other students. It is just not fair, you do not have a common rules for the case and looks like use your personal power to approve or reject.
Their only job is to cause you pain.
Blood-boiling, nerve-wracking German bureaucracy at its finest. Hopefully Russia invades soon.
Rude Employees
Today I called Arbeitsamt, because I needed their guidance and help.
My German is not perfect, but it is very good and I was very polite!!
I had to encounter a lady, that when I explained her my problem, she told me to do that online.
And when I asked again how, she completely ignored me and just decided to hung up on me!!
