SCAM FRAUD ROBBERY the ktem has been "in transit" for months, its impossible to contact them or cancel the order and get a refund, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Scamming scamming scamming be carfull you will never receive the order that you purchased full a crap. I have asked for a refund and to return product back no response these guys are full of Shi..T

I wished I had read the reviews on here first but because they were on face book I thought they may be reputable.
I bought their razor at about 23£ and they then offered me a second razor at 30% discount if bought within ten minutes, so I foolishly did , but they charged me some £27.
It looks like I've been scammed, I emailed them straight away but doubt any action will be taken
I await to see if they come and so will update if the razors arrive .

Here is the reply to my email to their help email, which seems a fob off, why don't they, send my complaint internally.

FRAUD ALERT.
They ship an incomplete item and say there is nothing wrong with it.

Do not use this fake scamming Chinese pathetic company. Ordered a pillow it came flat as a fart sent multiple vids and pics even compared it to a standard pillow and they continue to say nothing wrong with it. Dont know what the Chinese class a pillow as but must be a one feather pillow. Appalling customer service fob you off. Refuse to let you return it and continue to say no issues. Ordered a hand held hoover also and that's pathetic doesn't suck anything up. These companies rely on impulse purchases then refuse to take responsibility for quality. Please avoid all these pop up Chinese drop shipping companies pathetic have multiple screenshots of the conversation between support as evidence if required.

I ordered two pillows based on Ads they run on facebook, I paid around 80$ for the order. After few weeks I received the order and I surprised that they sent me a very cheap low quality unusable pillows, I wrote to them asking for refund l, they offered 5$ as a compensation. PLEASE think again before buying from them.

Dishonest and theives.

A knock off item, I purchase two pack of their pillows. No back support as shown in their advert, different design to the website advert & colour.

Upon contacting customer service, an apology only was offered.
Then a $5 refund was offered.
Then after complaining and escalating, a $17 refund offered because returning the item would be expensive ….(at my expense!)
Now - they won’t even respond!!!
VERY POOR SERVICE!

If you want it returned - action your own pick up return process! This garbage is going in the trash “unused”.

Luckily I paid via PayPal.
Claim submitted.

Fraud company & beware of their dishonest trading practices.
The guarantee is as good as wet single ply toilet paper.

Having read the reviews so far thought i would add mine as well DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I placed an order back in march this year tracked it till it got as far as oxford and after many many emails with one excuse after another some exactly the same answer Support just say they cant refund as its in transit ??? i know believe its just one BIG SCAM jUST ABOUT TO REPORT TO FACEBOOK AS THERE STILL ADVERTISING ON THERE I have now put this matter into my credit card for action.

Absolute rubbish. After waiting and tracking my order I was told there was a problem and I had to pick it up at my local post office. It was in Belfast, I live in London. I know I live in a small country but it’s still four hundred miles away and across the Irish Sea! After many emails they agreed to resend but I had to pay a postage fee. I said I would pay it on delivery and that’s the last I have heard from them. Don’t waste your time or money.

Hello. They have no right of return and sell a flashlight with a charger but no batteries for it. The price is more expensive with them than many other places. Beware! They promise they will probably help with the return. But as soon as I received it they won't help.

This is very bad company. Don't got caught to them. Don't loose your money. They sales useless Chinese rubbish toys. Very bad customer service.

I bought a mini razor for $34 and 6 weeks down the line and nothing.When contacting the support centre they tell you to be patient.Now they are not even responding.Unfortunetly my bank will not reverse the transaction.They are a scam.

Worst company ever, bought a torch for £38 which I thought would of come with batteries but did not, spent £22 on batteries and the torch does not work, after many emails they have the cheek to offer me a £6 rebate which means I'm down £54, absolutely a rubbish company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

I ordered 2 Tactical Laser Flashlights which cost 23,98$ and 29,98$.
On arrival, the flashlight of 29,98$ had no battery in it and didn't work properly attached to the USB: it keeps flashing instead of shining and the LED on the side of the flashlight doesn't work.
Without the USB it doesn't work at all.
I have proven this by film on their demand.
THIS MEANS THAT IT IS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

After a long discussion, they are NOT WILLING TO SEND A NEW FLASHLIGHT and will only refund 5$ (initially 2$), which means I will still have paid / lost 24,98$ for a product that doesn't work.

Hiding behind procedures, blaming the client and giving him alms instead of taking their responsibility is beyond any service level.
